Actually I was referring to their vet 2 bonus going from 40% increased accuracy to 25%. According to cruzz, the officer bonuses only got applied to paratroopers already on the field when the officer spawned. It may also have only affected those individual models, not reinforcements. Since you almost always field those officers before your first paratrooper squad, in practice these buffs almost never had an effect on your units at all. Still, it's good that this bug has been cleaned up.
Thanks for the clarification, I missed wherever he said that. I'm not surprised though, I took it for fact that the bonuses were there, but they never really did feel like they were. I wonder why relic reduced their vet accuracy? It's not necessarily a bad thing, but it should be done over all the factions. Some of the vet is a little too crazy right now.
