Armour is not efficient vs airborne, they will have AT wall and then later jackson and rocket planes.
You need LMG blob, but this of course is hampered by their scotts giving them the win.
To counter the Scotts, I recomend 3 paks with a command tank with scopes. The command tank will help make your LMG blob and the paks a bit more survivable, but also give the scope vision to 1 burst snipe scotts.
Obviously dont sit them still, they will get long range barraged by scotts. Pull them right back, bait with your LMG grens and move the paks into position to hopefully snipe a scott, then pull them back right away.
Pwerfer also a good unit to help vs the paths as USF wont have many units to dive it.
Basically fuel units that stay off the front line, but contribute to sucesss.
Scotts did have their range nerfed, so they often come in closer to deal nasty damage, and this is where you can snipe them with paks. |
Given Coh2 has continued to surge in popularity as Coh3 has dropped off more and more, are we at the point where another small patch could be a possibility? Im not talking anything insane, just small adjustments, we all know the candidates: Small rifle buff, small path nerf as most obvious two.
If its kept minimal and simple, cant be so hard to implement, test put into effect? |

This should have been designed like this in the first place, but will likely be problematic to slap it onto current commander design since suddenly commanders get mortar or early pressure options that they otherwise should not have.
Its certainly a point for consideration, but none of the commanders with the 250 are insanley powerful. Certainly Mechanised can be good. To be fair spotting scopes and MHT would indeed be too OP lol |

I thought for sure this wasnt possible or i would of long ago as when you play as many games as I its borderline impossible to change your elo from the past.
Isnt ELO based on your more recent matches... i.e. keep winning and you move up the rank and face higher ranked players.
It doesnt matter if you lost constantly 5 years ago. |
Yeah thats true, it would make the 250 scale well and so much more worthwhile investment early. I hadnt thought about the Tech/CP issue, but you are right. |
The OKW design is late war Germany, so poor supply resources (no caches, units cost more), but elite well experienced soldiers (better stats and vet goes upto 5!)
If you gave them caches, take away vet 5.
Their Vet makes up for less res. If you keep your shit alive, you gonna win late game normally, regadless of what caches the enemy may have that you dont. |

There is very few harrasment options due to cut offs and muni being just outside your base and even the fuel is very close by to also defend easily.
At the very least, the corner VPs should almost be on the center line, to allow both teams to push the flanks to hold their enemys VP more easily, that would at least open up the battlefield more than simply being a slug fest in the middle for the middle VP.
More exposed cut offs would be ideal though. |
Which game mode speciffically? Or just in general?
Kill their AA half track and they are pretty fucked, if you are aggresive. |
