Your better than that Ivan. Both of you have lots of game experience. Neither of you have (as far as we know) are professionals in the gaming industry. Other than your self proclamations, how is his opinion less valuable/more " wrong/more correct" than your opinion? If you disagree with him, how about laying down some counter points, back it with game clips and stats? Show us why he's misguided and drawn false conclusions. IMHO its extremely immature, to use a low effort, backhanded video clip to attempt to increase your own credibility, by stepping on Dane. In: COH2 Balance

I genuinely appreciate that all of you are trying to help. But, to be clear: -I have the information that is out there, I do not need advice for finding it. -I understand the reasons for an NDA. I think I have a good handle on both sides of the debate for keeping it/dropping it. -I understand there is no need to pre-purchase (or purchase at all). I feel your post is unnecessarily aggressive, make several assumptions, and does not contribute to the topic. I don't own the southern front or 90% of the other DLC. It's not about spending $20. If a used car salesman would try and sell you a bad car, would he share every piece of information regarding that particular car? Would you still buy the car after you were able to assess the poor quality of the car? Would it benefit the used car salesman to share all information? Would a less informed buyer be more likely to buy the car in comparison to a fully informed buyer? I understand what your saying, salesmen are slimy . I realize the alpha is still a work in progress, and there are likely lots of balance issues. I'm good with that. This kind of thing doesn't worry me. I have enough of a history playing Relic games and am confident that balance issues will get sorted. In my opinion you do not need an empiric study to buy a game. Especially if it is only an expansion. If you are uncertain just wait 2 more weeks as people already suggested. Still i would like the nda partly lifted to see some casts from amipolizeifunk, Imperial dane, RNP and so on, just to make my mouth wet. I don't need a study, but I feel it is wise to fully understand what I'm getting before handing over the funds. Its ok if you feel otherwise. These are all questions with the same answer. I can't draw any conclusion from an absence of information. I can not say if more information would persuade me to pre-order. My decision would be based on the content of the game and whether I find value there. The benefits of sharing more information; are you asking from my perspective or Relics?
