Thread: penetration18 Mar 2016, 11:49 AM Jump back to quoted post18 Mar 2016, 11:43 AMStug life Look it's something like this Example The site say it's 195 (should be medium distance) So you + 10-20 to near and - 10-20 to max distance It depends a little on what type of shell is being fired - HE lose penetration more quickly than AT shells but this is a good rule of thumb. I believe all the values are in the attrib editor and there was a really nice guide on how to extract them somewhere on the site - that would be your best bet if you want fully accurate numbers. Maybe I don't want to know why spam posting on forums is so important to you. I do agree with your point in this thread though. Vaux is one of the many maps I dread playing both because of the dumb fences everywhere and the size. The middle of the map is poorly designed too. If they shrunk it down, removed some mid buildings/Los blockers and removed almost all fences it might be okay. But I think that's one of the main problems with this game - the maps look beautiful but I can't imagine that they're designed by anyone with any semblance of coh2 skill. There has been a LOT of promotion for DoW the past few months... I don't think any of us have any way of knowing if they're working on a new DoW product but I don't think many of us would be surprised a year from now to hear that they were - given all the DoW promotional material. As for me... I'll still play CoH 2 if/when I find CoH 2 to be fun/enjoyable, as I always have. For now I've been liking POE more. No reason to be all gloom and doom about it in my opinion. We're all here to play games and have fun, when one stops becoming fun - find a new game. I doubt the servers are going down any time soon, CoH 1 servers are still up. If you still like the game, play it. If you don't like the game anymore, don't play it. Basically what AWA59 was saying. Gloom and doom on forums isn't going to get anyone anywhere. In: Lobby
