Thread: Rapid conscription is OP29 Mar 2016, 13:51 PM
A good tactic against somebody that uses Rapid Conscription is to kill as much cons as you can and give him more squads than he is comfortable with. It will feed you vet and overload his manpower upkeep and his popcap. And lay down minefields everywhere. He can't have a sweepers everywhere at once and if he doesn't already have one hell have to purchase yet another infantry unit. The upkeep is real. In: COH2 Balance |

Thread: Ostheer in a bad spot ? 28 Mar 2016, 18:48 PM
Agreed. The fact that the Cromwell is so fast makes it good at crushing units, circle strafing tanks, hunting down German rocket artillery, and getting out alive. The p4 can't really crush, can't circle strafe the generally faster allied tanks, Is too slow and expensive to hunt down rocket artillery and is needed for Ostheer to make any sort of offensive. I played a 4v4 as Brits last night and finished off 3 pwerfers, 7 stukas, 3 panthers, and 2 KTs with my cromwells. I lost 9 total. Cromwells are perfect for trading with the generally more expensive axis tanks. Also, their smaller target size (same as 222) makes it harder for heavies to hit them so they are excellent against tanks and infantry. Their non doc on the move spotting scopes are nice too And did I mention their free blitz? My Cromwell life expectancy wasn't that great that game... In: COH2 Balance |
Thread: An idea on emplacements rework27 Mar 2016, 17:33 PM
Removing brace is like removing retreat. Uh actually the OP is saying remove brace and add retreat. I agree with the OP. It solves the biggest problem regarding emplacements. Zero micro. Now, with the ability to move emplacements around it makes emplacements both more adaptable to the situation as well as ciunter able. I like it. Great solution. In: COH2 Gameplay |

Thank you. Now people can make a better comparison between the two. I've always hated how ppl leave out these very relevant stats. In: COH2 Gameplay |

I've always liked triple cheap mines as ostheer. Before it was bugged tellers cost 41 munis. The S mines aren't bugged and cost 49. S mines are nice cuz you don't always have to make all of them so you can place down a square for 12 munis which I have seen wipe full squads. Depends on what you use the most I guess. I also like increased penetration for ATGs depending on what faction I am. Increased ROF for mg42 makes it suppress alot faster. If there was an increased speed on cromwells tho.... That would be my favorite cuz I love crushing units. In: COH2 Gameplay |
