Out of curiosity can you use the stamp tool and copy the map onto a fresh template and try there? |
Well, by looking at stats, yeah the KT is not just an AI vehicle.
But functionally, you know, from game experience it serves heavily in its AI role. Or rather, I should say it is most effectively used in an AI role for all practical purposes.
A single t34/76 can kill a KT without taking damage if there's the room for it to circle strafe. I've (mostly) done it before. (Baited it onto a mine first.) For that reason the KT doesn't exactly excel in an AT role, which you wouldn't really be able to surmise just from its stats. |
You must be misunderstanding him, because he stated that they were no worse, not the same.
You realize that the phrase 'no worse' tends to mean 'the same', right?
It's a colloquialism, but typically it's taken to mean the same, or similar. |
You know I think the OP-'s point had to do with the KT being prominent because unlike othe units, it's call in can't be denied by destroying a tier building. When looking at the Schwerer it is worth noting that rebuilding it is less valuable when there's 's KT call in option.
Not to mention a KT locks down a vp point better than the schwerer. |
Give WFA armies a fourth tier.
Allow for proper pacing of their units.
Put mortar and MG together in that tier for USF. Make it super cheap. Hell give them a sniper and call it Weapon Support Center.
For OKW give them a Sturmpio-built Kampfkraft Center type tier building that houses access to the truck side techs and qualifies for unlocking MG34 and panzerfausts. Include an upgrade that unlocks Schwerer AA gun, and even perhaps, panzerschrecks.
OKW could even have their vet capped at 3, and level 4 and 5 unlocked through upgrades. But that's just gettin' silly.
And that's just off the top of my head. |
Nebelwerfer in vcoh would bug out in a similar fashion if you tried to barrage out of range iirc, so components of it may be very longstanding indeed. |
It is almost as if having one less tier has made unit pacing problematic for WFA. |
why are you using AA as an acronym for Automatic Fire?
I would assume for Auto Attack? |
I believe target size also governs susceptibility to AoE effects, many of which can be particularly lethal even at the edges of the explosion.
Being 15% bigger doesn't necessarily translate to being hit 15% more often in that case. |
Well, he's clearly being dramatic and emotional, but plenty of people could just as easily wait for a humble bundle or a major sale instead of shelling out full price or pre-ordering. |
