All the 222 needs is an appropriate amount of armor, either by default or through a munitions upgrade. The vulnerability to small arms fire of all kinds it what imperils the 222 so much and renders it ineffective against everything except for ambulances and katyushas. If the 222 had to stay the same health and armor wise, then its autocannon needs to be effective against infantry ala the CoH1 default puma. even assuming the 222 got buffed, there's still the su-76 and the t70 in the same building. the soviet light armor are just never meant to arrive this early. the ost just doesn't have any equivalent unit without doctrines. Everything else that used to have 320hp have gotten a buff to 400 hp. the t70 haven't gotten a buff yet since it's still packing one of the best light tank gun in the game. the t70 could have 400 hp, but its main gun would need a pretty heavy nerf. Of course there's also the fact it arrive quite early now. In: COH2 Balance

The higher the AT performance, the worse the AI performance. You can't fit a lot of High Explosive in a high velocity round. you don't need a high velocity round for anti-tank work if your shell is heavy enough. This is why the soviet gun have comically large caliber. Their gun design went for increasingly heavy shell instead of higher velocity. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Pack Howitzer doesn't do it's job5 Aug 2015, 07:07 AM using the pack howitzer is still too risky. If I try to use it offensively, it's really easy to lose it as it lack the retreat capability of the mortar or the range and gunshield on the Leig. It have a 6 men crew but require 3 men at the minimal, further hurting its survivability. In: COH2 Balance

We are just guessing units base on trailers, official screenshots, and coh1. it's fairly obvious that they are going to have tommies, sappers, and commandos. They are the most iconic british infantry in coh1 and common sense would indicate they are going to be in coh2. it's also pretty hard to miss the bren carrier from the trailer. In: Lobby
