Useless thread ? If ppl are having problems uploading videos on youtube how are the games going to be effectively advertised ?
By the company who actually created the game???
Inb4 your rage, I didn`t mean it that way, sure gameplay and good/bad of the game should be shared by gamers who know what the end users want to see about the game.
And I think Youtube should be involved in blocking videos on their own will unless the company that made the game says so (like in case of NDA agreements).
Now if Relic has no problem with fans sharing videos then there is nothing to worry about. Hence end of the topic =) |
If anyone has any issues with sharing our content on YouTube please let me know.
SEGA does not have a policy on monetizing content, and it's left up to studios to work with their fans.
Creative Assembly has a good program for registering fans who want to monetize content to help protect them from things like this. We're looking into it to see if it would work for us to help protect you.
How come you only answer to useless threads =( |
Thanks for that, but it still doesn't explain why some others are not having this issue at all. If the animation needed to finish then everyone would have the same problem. Yet we have some people with no /very little input lag , and some with up to 3 seconds.
Your post are getting retarded. If some people have it and some not, wtf does that mean? That something is wrong on the side of that person..... Common sense. |
i think the rng level should be reduced. flame throwers should do some consistent damage instead of relying on crits to kill, that includes moltovs.
flamethrower squads should not have units randomly explode even when a model doesn't get killed. at nades or panzerfaust should not have a engine destroy crit unless the tank is under 20 pct hp.
the only rng stuff that makes sense is penetration, and accuracy, but stupid things like engine crits or losing a flamethrower immediately after you buy it, needs to go away.
Why it should go away? Better lower the chance of it happening than it not happening at all. |
The only bit that ever gets to me is the occasional insta-wipe. Like when you get the grenade warning and jump to the squad just in time to see it murder all six conscripts. That's a bummer. Otherwise, RNG is the reason I love CoH so much. Wouldn't really change much at all about it.
Or that T-34/85 shots that instawipe 3 star Grens. Frustrating, but its the unique feature of CoH that separates it from other RTS |
flamers have the same chance to explode on penals as any other squad.
I corrected my self in another comment if you haven`t noticed it =) |
So much noob advise in this thread.
Another troll showed up MVGame.

i give you a counter argument, If your opponent didnt dive with his tank foolishly and he lost it(abandon) in a huge battle and you capture it only because your enemy is retreating and without infantry when you have your last 3man squad remaining, why do you deserve the advantage? dont tell me you had success capturing it before your opponent because you precalculated everything and is all because of your skill that he had no troops and you did because that is imposible
If you didnt planify how to capture a enemy vehicle and only got lucky with the result, why do you deserve the advantage and win the game because of that?
My favorite quote "To the Victor goes the spoils"
If you lost an engagement it means you didn`t plan it through or didn`t realize that you were loosing the engagement or that the engagement wasn`t in your favor so you should back out. So an abandoned vehicle although is an RNG factor is still your fault due to poor planning of the engagement.
If the vehicle was abandoned right from the start of the egagement you either destroy it so your enemy doesn`t retrieve it or, if you have AT, leave it as a bait and then destroy it when it was manned by the enemy, result you get xp for destroying enemy vehicle and cause MP drain for the enemy and a potentially lost squad. |
Got roughly 500hrs under the belt and have had it destroy both own and opposing units. Doesnt happen often though, but if its so extremely rare, it shouldnt be in at all. It fkkn hurts when it crashes into your vet 3 schrecked up pgrens.
Never realised flamers dont explode on penals. :/ my mistake. Havent built them very often, and dont like to upgrade them because they might go up in flames, but if thats not the case then I might reevaluate the unit.
Plane crushes existed in VCoH, no one complained about them because it was so rare.
As for Penals I said I think, but I am pretty sure the percentage is the same as with pios and engies, but because Penos are 6 models while pios are 4 the chance becomes even smaller since there are more models to shoot at |
I dont think there should be a specific game mode for tournaments. Not even a competetive player. Still, some of your points are very good.
1 - planecrashes. Fun when it happens to the other guy, not fun to be that guy. No reason for it to be in the game as it is right now.
2 - Flamethrower-crits, atleast happen to often and you risk losing to much. If this was slightly reduced penals, engies and pios would be more valid fightingunits overall.
As for breaking ice, think it works well and makes sense. Have no issues with it.
Abandoned vehicles tip the tide yes, but think it actually adds flavour and doesnt happen all that often. Think its ok.
1- I have never experienced in 300 hours of gameplay a plane crush on units.
2- Penal falme doesn`t explode as far as I know, or it has even lower chance due to model count.
3-Breaking ice fun as hell, as for abandoned vehicles... If you gave it to the enemy your fault for not protecting it or destroying it when you had the chance. |
