i think stupa is kind of fine now to be honest, it used to be way to armored to be penetrated by paks. If it needs anything then it could do with a small hp buff so it survives an extra shot

concrete bunker is a joke, period no person which is not trolling will ever build one becouse of various reasons

1. becouse it costs more then a regular inf sqad, you pay a lot of mp for a bunker which a) does no mp damage b) performs worse then a regular bunker, so why not put mg there in the first place? or build a regular bunker if you only need to hold for some time

2. it gets countered by a single pak and target ground, 960hp thats 6 pak shots that need to hit

3. you cant build it around corners etc (like bofors, which is barely build in the first place), lack of brace or any other mean to buy time

4. it takes ages to build or rep ( repping it becomes a death trap)

5. not to forget is that you pick a commander that lacks any kind of call in tank, if you wanna play defensive you are better of playing fortified armor 99% of the time IMO.

so to summarize it competes to hard with afk mg ( if you wanna hold flank) or normal bunker (trading mp and mun for map) and not to forget fuel/mun caches. Combine that with a relative long build time it doesnt seem attractive ( you cant just rush it on the cutoff like regular bunker)

I would suggest buffing the mg to regular bunker level, reducing mp cost and adding maybe mun? or small fuel cost? This would hardly make them OP

Just to point out I like the regular bunker it has quite the niche.

GOD is very strong becouse all factions heavy timing is just flat out op.. but thats another story, if you merge 5 men gren with g43 it will kill german inf and further buff lightning war,

if you merge mp40 with stg it will further kill firestorm and buff GOD

if you merge ppsh and svt ( becouse svt is just better) you will kill airborne doc.

you see where im going?

stop trying to steal evrything that makes a commander unique in order to create the "super commander" of your liking. Or is this what you want?

I wont even start about the bias in your changes buffing axis weapon upgrates, while keeping allied ones the same ( giving soviets even more bugdet schock troops aint no buff)

Why not remove stug then and replace it with jp4, while your there you can also replace grens with volks...

no the nerf they gave it is that if you dont cancel the barrage and do the full one it takes longer to shoot again then beforehand (by a significant amount espacially with vet)

but doing near the full barrage is the selling point of howitzers, becouse the lack of instant effect non doc rocket arty has (which is non doc and arty sacrifices heavy tanks for example). Doing full barrage and area denial; stationary target barrage; is kind of the selling point of howis. Otherwise they are just inferior to rocket arty in evry perspective which cant be dropped by certain commanders by just clicking button.

(Not that i have a problem with it, but that is another reason that makes them unnatraktive)
