Yes you move panther at max range and its pen decrease even more.
Both have 35 sight, Who is going to spot for ost now that kv1 have buff AI also?
1 kv1 + 1 su85 still have exess popcap to 2 panthers.
Does this buff make sense, put more armour to already heavy armor? It has 165 rear armor for God sake. Are you going to flank with stug?

Also i been saying putting same 160 damage to cheaper med tanks or AI tanks is lame. Panther rear armour makes no sense for its place.
Anyway to fix this, it should disable is main gun rotation so it shoot forward only. And it does not buff its rear armor values. Or simple, remove this whole thing. Like tightrope ask,wtf was this needed for

buff kv1 with hull down, rekt a panther, ends up with vet2 with 40% hp left. panther gets no vet.

panther armor numbers are overstated, if a kv1 with 'only' 100 pen can beat a panther 260 frontal armor....
panther armor needs rebalance, and more vet bonus for its cost.
sbp target okw and soviet call-ins, but soviet call-ins get some buff to compensate.

Airborne Guards having normal weapon drop chance is another balance team fail, PTRS/DP Guards have reduced weapon drop precicely because they were dropping their weapons left and right, which led to drop % reduction.
People pointed out that DP drop rate needs to go down to same level as vanilla Guards but they obviously didnt care to fix it (As if DP upgrade wasnt bad enough without them giving DP's to every axis infantry they encounter) |

Why do Con PPSh/PTRS even have CP requirements at this point?
They get only 3 of them per squad and they are roughly equal assgren MP40, who have 5 of them and available straight from beginning of the game.
There are also assengies with 5 greaseguns equal to Shock's PPSh at CP0
