Thread: Feedback for Commander Revamppatch3 Oct 2018, 17:55 PM I think that Elite Vehicle Crew's increased veterancy gain should be removed now that it's passive. Other veterancy gain buffs have been removed from the game for good reason. (though it would be nice if something was done about the lower veterancy gains of mine sweeper units) Also, I'm still not convinced that the new Defensive Doctrine isn't just a better version of the Osttruppen Doctrine. Thread: Soviet unit roster needs fixing 3 Oct 2018, 17:05 PM Since the grenade research at the HQ is basically paying fuel to make Conscripts more valuable, maybe it could go a little farther? You could bring back the merged grenade research, and make another one that lowers the cost of conscripts to something like 220 / 18 per man. In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Looking at USF26 Sep 2018, 19:46 PM GCS2 results and some forum sentiment are pointing to the idea that USF is underpowered at high levels of play, perhaps due to its teching. Or maybe GCS2 is too small of a sample to determine balance. I'm not trying to make a whiny "ALLIES UP" thread; I'm hoping that the merits and limitations of the faction can be discussed. What would be some changes that would make the faction more competitive and interesting to play as/against? Is it fine as is? In: COH2 Balance

The E8 should be a little faster, more accurate on the move, and have a bit more armor or health. For some reason, the 76 is the fastest sherman right now? In: Lobby

Also, didn’t they patch out the infantry sections horrible moving accuracy or is that still there? I'm away from my gaming computer right now, but the Easy 8 does not (or maybe did not) have movement scatter. They added some in the December Balance Patch, but I'm not sure if that made it to live. Defensive might have too much overlap with Osttruppen, though. I'd like to repeat my idea of Festungspioneers; an upgrade like Heavy Sappers that gives 2 PzB39 AT rifles. In: Lobby
Thread: Feedback for Commander Revamppatch15 Sep 2018, 15:56 PM I had an idea for Defensive Doctrine- Remove Stug IIIe, return Hull Down Replace Osttruppen with a FestungsPioneer upgrade at 2 CP. It would work more or less like the Heavy Sapper upgrade: +1.5 repair speed, faster construction, -20% received accuracy, 2 PzB 39 AT Rifles with Guard PTRS stats (that can be put away, maybe?). That would work very well with the rest of the doctrines' abilities, and help with one of the faction's weaker points- its repair speed. In: Lobby
