Your first unit is an engineer, building Kubels allows you to cap points faster than volks along with bleed your opponent without suffering any MP loss yourself, you can simply repair damage with your starting unit.
Volks are then used to pressure further/Support your following units (you need them for fausts/Incen nade), ISG's then further bleed your opponent without taking any loss yourself and the Panther can beat most armour 1v1. The rak is used to kill any early vehicle play which is easily done when combined with a volks faust, it can then be used as recon when cloaked.
Nothing is set in stone though, players wont 'always' go this but the above is a reason as to why each units used.
Try 3-4 kubels into Panzerfusilier against British and watch them struggle
Holy shit 3-4 kubels? That's 630 or 840 manpower in units that are combat effective for about 5 minutes. Does the opponents' bleed and your lack therof really pay off that much? I also assume it's bad to let him get a vickers in a building. |
IMO:
Soviets:
All kv tanks suck right now
Cons could use some nondoctrinal upgrade, maybe svts.
Shocks could use buffs somewhere.
Usf:
M20 still needs a cost decrease and stock armored skirts
Greyhound needs stock skirts too. Paratrooper support drop needs to be made useful somehow
Pathfinders could use a cost decrease, an ability, or a weapons upgrade (single 1919 maybe?). Would also be cool to see them at 0cp for more variety.
Rear echelons should either be 20 to reinforce or do a little more damage. Volley fire being useful would be nice as well.
Ukf:
Still needs some way to counter indirect fire spam.
25 pounders badly need a reworking. They dont really do anything right now.
Commandos could use an RA buff at vet3 (currently they are about 20% easier to hit than mainline infantry, despite being elite units).
Sexton could use a buff to put it on par with priest (unless they already did that, I don't remember). Valentine could come 1-2 cp earlier.
Normal Churchill badly needs some kind of buff to be viable lategame (as it's a lategame tank) and it'd be nice if the croc's main cannon didn't have a retarded mind of its own.
Aec pathfinding is laughably awful, coupled with horrible acceleration.
Okw:
Pz4 seems like it could use some more consistency with its main gun; it seems to me like it misses vehicles more often than other tanks.
Falls still seem really vulnerable to explosives related squad wipes, even more so than obers.
Mg34 should be good at something.
Raketen needs more consistency as well (unless they already fixed that with wbp).
Ost/wehr:
Grens should cost less to reinforce at vet3 (maybe like 26-28) considering that they get blown up all the time and don't have as much scaling potetial as rifles and
Wehr panther should be more like okw panther and maybe cost increased to 190 (since it only gets 3 vet levels)
Stormtrooper upgrades should cost a lot less.
Also, I think all engineer units should have their vet requirements reduced (except sturms, for obvious reasons). |

Look at it another way. There is a huge discrepancy between Centaur and Luch vs Cover that is not actually justifiable.
There also a big discrepancy between Luch and any other weapon (in the game)vs cover.
Imo that part of cause of inconstant performance and I am simply pointing out, trying to be helpful.
There is a huge discrepancy between centaur and luchs vs existence that is actually justifiable. Ones a light tank with one 20mm autocannon that costs 60-something fuel and arrives with okw t2 and the other ones a (more) heavily armored anti aircraft platform that suppresses infantry that's also slow as hell, costs 100 fuel, and comes with Brit t3. You can't compare them at all.
TL DR, luchs=centaur as much as IS=obers. They're not imbalanced, they're just totally different units with superficial similarity. |
Lol. Was thinking the exact opposite. OKW is so laughably easy to win with, especially in team games. You just have to survive with like a third of the map (which any sod can do since youre pretty much fighting on your doorstep and enemy has to retreat 800m to their base) and start spamming tanks or heavy tanks, or even just obers and volks everywhere. Also, if you get wiped by katy, thats kinda sad. |
He is just trolling bro. This guy is a biased fanboy as fck.
It was really obvious too. KT and sturmtiger need buff? Lol. |

Obers share the same issue
Changing it to paras LMG supression ability would be best I think
Yeah on the rare occassions they reach vet5 obers are batshit broken, especialy since they can fire their lmg 34 on the move. |

AEC accuracy (stationary and moving) has been increased to match the Puma already from v1.0. With v1.7 it also gets +20% accuracy on the move than the Puma for equal ranges (0.6 vs 0.5).
Technically, from our part, the patch is nearly done. To be completely done we need specific feedback about specific vehicles. i.e., how people used the vehicles and why said vehicle was OP/UP in that role. Attaching a replay in that comment will also help us identify whether there was something else going on.
And that stupid scatter has been changed as well right? |

I'm wondering how well the aec will work in its new role since it's kinda squishy to be getting in close like that. Also, in live version it has abysmal moving accuracy. That's been totally changed? |
Walking Stuka and Pwerf are just as common and good at wiping squads as the LM and Calli each have their ups and downs, as for the other comment, well:
King Tiger
Vet 1 Jag
Tiger
Brummbar
Sturm Tiger
AVRE
Bulldozer
KV 2
ISU
Pershing
All capable of one shotting squads with relative ease whereas the Cromwell, P4, Sherman etc can all one shot too if the models bunch up badly...
I would say that it's yellow cover's fault. Provides no protection from explosives and often causes units to bunch up. Also, pz4 AI capabilities aren't that far behind Cromwell at all, and panthers supposed to be a tank hunter, so it gets better armor and range than comet, but shittier AI. Comet could use a little work IMO though. It does come out pretty late however, and brits really need tanks to assault positions. |
Really ? so ur reply is i must rifle nade one of his squads elsewhere while he nades me ? LOL
do u even know how long the animation is for a commando to throw a nade? vs a rifle nade?
No, that's not what I said. I said that I'll purposely throw nades at squads I know he's not microing. It was separate from nades being thrown out of camo. |
