Either way, it is kinda useless as a bonus. Agreed that accuracy would be better. No, the firefly gets +40 damage to its shells at vet 3. However the firefly starts at 200 damage a shell and goes up to 240 at vet 3 which not only makes it good vs 800HP+ tanks to start with but can 3 shot standard 640HP mediums at vet 3. The JP4s "first strike" damage bonus only works when it enters combat (and maybe is required to be cloaked?). So you get a 200 damage shot on shot #1, then 160 damage shells for the next 3 for example if you're shooting at a 640HP medium. So the extra 40 damage doesn't do anything; it still requires 4 shots to kill 640HP mediums, but boosts total damage to 680 over 4 shots. There isn't a single armor piece at 680HP in the game. Thread: Countering JP4/Ele20 Oct 2018, 17:31 PM Just saying JP4 "first strike" is a boost in damage of +40 with additional pen. The pen is useful because the JP4 lacks pen, but the damage is essentially useless unless you couple it with a 120 damage source, which is a puma shell or a shreck. Getting either of those as OKW is not very wise. I would've taken +5% accuracy at vet 5 over +40 damage. The damage is just garbage. In: COH2 Gameplay

Takes some practice to pull off though, as the ram stun wears off before the bombs come in so you have to call them before the t34 hits the other tank. Pretty sure fire kill though. I find heavy TDs much harder to deal with as brits or especially usf unless they somehow royally absolutely fuck up and hit an m20 mine XD. When I play brits I just 2x tulips. I.e. rework it's stats, cost, timing etc, gave it veterancy since it doesn't have it, and lastly looked at the abilities a bit. B) Make breakthrough artillery not drop on the sector point, but somewhere in the sector and ONLY in the sector where you did select. Thread: Infiltration commandos 3 men at spawn17 Oct 2018, 20:02 PM You can't just expect them to come out at 3 men and expect them to take on an army. When they first jump out use it to harass support teams, after that get them to full strength and ambush camo with them. They're one of the best units for doing ambushes. Falls are paratroopers now, not infiltration. Partisans become near useless aside from their initial shock impact. Commandos remain relevent. I think another reason it may have been lowered to 3 is so you can't just spawn in a unit and steal a weapon team that maybe you just weren't able to recrew. In: COH2 Gameplay
