about the 2 games i had with hector, i felt the soviet T1 still very weak.
If this patch had to goes out today, i would never go t1 again, like in the past.

don't care about griefing. add full-strength friendly fire to everything. it'll keep people from blobbing into their own mortar/calliope/katyusha barrages.

btw, i agree with hector that if you remove penals PTRS then soviet T2 will stay MUCH better than T1.
penals are fine right now and the whole soviet faction is pretty balanced.

The only thing which could get improved IMO is the conscript veterancy.
VET0- VET1 cons -> WEAK
VET2 cons -> ok but still a bit weak
VET3 cons -> Awesome
VET 3 cons + PPSH -> GODLIKE.

i can take down vet3 PGREN with vet3 cons ppsh, when both units are good at close range ?!

I think we should remove the received accuracy nerf the got 2 years ago (go back to model size of 1) and on the other hand, reduce slightly vet 3 received accuracy bonus.

would make them viable during the whole game instead of weak at the beggining and OP at the end.

did you know that conscripts beat grenadiers / STG volksgrandiers or any other ennemy squad ?

This game is all about using your unit at the best,


a cons vs a gren without cover at long range -> gren beat cons everytime.
but if you close a little the distance and go to distance 15, conscripts DPS are almost the same than grenadiers DPS BUT when grenadier loose a model, they loose 25% of their dps which make them loose.

and vet3 conscripts VS vet3 STG volks -> Cons absolutely rekt them.
vet 3 cons & ppsh VS vet 2 PZGREN -> cons rekt them again.

can you equip the main other faction units with AT RIFLE - Anti tank mines - anti personnal mines - rush for 10 amo - MERGE - lay sandbag - ..

but yeah, if you send a conscript head to head with any other ennemy unit, it will get killed. that's just not the way they works IMO.

today, i did a automatch vs a randomn top 100 okw, i did 4 cons to cap very fast the map -> 2 maxim to win long range engagement -> 2 guards (very good & very cheap when you merge them with cons).

The game was over in 15 min.

on the other hand, i agree that molotov & at nade are very expensive to unlock & it should be less expensive.

well, i just started to make another test and reccord i on video but now it actually goes through the building without hit it

i don't know why the last time it would hit every time the building and now it goes through every time.

i did it with the same building on the same map, same squad (gren) on same vehicle.
different timing didn't change anything.

since it is my most played faction

Stats shows it's the less played faction 4k against 6k for okw,
usf is a boring faction atm.

you should better buy a commander for soviet if you want to stay in the easy side.
