If it can't carry the faction lategame, it goes back to losing the moment the enemy gets more than one tank. It keeps getting nerfed to please the crowd too, I know you guys miss those days USF lategame was non-existent, but maybe take into account losing by default past 20 to 30 minutes isn't not healthy gameplay at all. I'd sooner the CP become a proper officer unit that rewards good play instead of a passive that makes even bad players better. I thought Grens already got 20% DR.
