I think they are fine, maybe it's a little bit difficult with early whermacht game cause they can see from beginning your mg positioning.

Hi , i have this issue after years of coh2. Unable to open the invite UI cause community in game setting is disabled.
I didn't change anything, i don't know if it's related at some update.
I will appreciate some advices. Thank you. |
BTW, easy counterplay for sticky satchels in 3 steps!
1.Just drive your tank/armored car into middle of their squad.
2. ...
3. Profit!
Still asking if it's intended or it is a bug that will live 4e. |
I think game will balance it out by itself, no need to limit player army composition artificially.
I don't think so. |
The limited heavyes are only tanks with good ai and at capability, kt , tiger and is2 are a no brainer choice cause they are strong all around tanks. When you go for kv-1 , well, you know the downside of your move, but when you call in big heavyes, no downside. |
Bar is definitely better than bren for penals, because you want to fire on the move and wipe enemy squads.
But some months ago they nerfed che cooldown of penals on the move, so the rate of fire on the move is reduced for penals squad. |
Double BAR Penals?
YEAH NO.
I prefer double bren penals (like the cptprice abuse) |
And all it tells me is ur a 3v3 player and ur opinion aint worth shit
LOL Aerafield noob.
Anyway you need only to keep alive your army and keep one VP and rush lefh, possibly + zeroing artillery with fortifications doctrine. |
I feel this proposal lacks of logic. Penals have a 300 mp cost and a slow production, this means that normally in a fair skill match okw can often choose for a fast luchs/AA truck. Facing 3 volks and stumpio with a low early map control on soviet side, seems fair. Whermacht has normally an hmg, this means with some grens around, not easy life of m3. Penals + sniper build is the slowest build in this game, and always a risk without a zis or guards, or a ptrs upgrade that alone often is not enough. And with a full penals build you can't build covers, so if you lose map control , without sandbags and suppression normally is not so diffucult to push them away. Now, considering that in a standard build you could face 3 penal squads, this means that opponent needs his entire infantry army to destroy okw base with satchels. Maybe, if 3 penals are able to come close to your base with 135 muni, you deserve to lose it. It is not so easy destroy an HQ with 3 satchels, normally is always a big axis mistske. |
You've given one reason and it was that you 'felt' they perform as good as Obers, which I've already proven with a proper test is not true. They are at about 80% Obers performance and that is not counting bundled grenades nor the STG44 upgrade. That's worth 280MP, 300 max.
Also your suggestions prove you have no idea what you are talking about, as they were previously already at 2CP and nobody used them because they served no purpose at that timing. They were specifically moved to 1CP so they could replace the standard 4th Volks in opening build.
Nobody used them cause they were in the worst okw commander, now they are on a good commander too, so 300 is fine. Everyone would call 300 cp jaegers if you place them in a good doctrine. |
