Thread: who beats whom (inf)?21 Dec 2019, 14:11 PM want it simple ? for base inf with no upgrade and only axis vs inf cons beat volks and green at close range but lose at long, pgreens beat them at close range rifle beats volks and green at close mid range and it's 50/50 at long, p green beat them at close IS beat volks at long and mid and close (although u might lose sometime at close) when in cover and beats them at long without cover , pgreen beat them at close upgrades changes things a bit bar are an all ranges upgrades but not as much as other mid and long range stg volks are a mid and close range upgrade lmg 42/bren are stricly long range upgrade (one os chaper and a bit worse than the other) In: Lobby

If I'm defending katitof then you're doing something wrong that argument is pretty stupid just cause they lack AI upgrades it does not make them bad, or pgreen would be in a very bad spot by that logic penal scale very well with AI if u don't upgrade them and are still perfectly serviceable for AT in late game with the satchels or would u like an infantry that dominate early, has 6 men and can upgrade AI weapons for late game ? They do have a solid start tho. news flash penal vet is almost the same as panzrfusi, and their dps is only sightly lower even when pfusi get g43 saying that penal scale badly is a lie, if u mean they don't have upgrade options then that would simply make them the same as any other inf (pgreen, etc) In: Lobby

It might actually make things balanced. it's called truck and battle phases, imagine if usf ukf and soviet had to pay an extra tax every time they tired up maybe they would actually pay more for full tech tree In: COH2 Balance
