Thread: T34/85 or KV1 in Soviet Industry Commander? 4 Oct 2019, 14:18 PM I think this doctrine faced issue with overlapping abilities. Two slots are taken by repair abilities. On top of that, you have two really expensive call-ins, both of them are kind about AI option (KV-2 really can fight with vehicles though). Fifth ability is quite often become a button "Spend 100 munitions for nothing". Addionaly, soviet doesn't have useful non-doctrinal medium tank, unlike other factions, where you usually have good medium tank AND top medium tank/heavy tank in addition. USF is exception, but it has extremely good M4A3 sherman for compensation and TD with turret. I would like to see there T-34-85, but it will be out of theme (early war stuff, but still used), and will make this doctrine the most fuel oriented doctrine in the game i guess. In: COH2 Balance

Couple that with 240 damage per shot, and you have slightly low but acceptable DPS which is further aided by its deflection damage. When i was working with numerical veterancy, i‘ve asked Harold for some stats, and KV-2 as well. He said, that now reloading in and out of siege is mainly the same, because it is two different guns and reload for them set separately. Now difference in reload time is about 0.25 sec or so iirc. I may be wrong, but i am realy sure in what i am talking about In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Kv2 Underperforming?27 Sep 2019, 19:20 PM IMO Siege Mode should be used only after veterancy 2. Untill this moment, the best option - use it as breakthrow tank. In that role, it's one of the best heavy tank atm. Also, reload time in and out of siege mode is 99% the same after december changes. So the only advantage in siege mode - range. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Summerpatch Bugreport24 Sep 2019, 18:14 PM It supposed to be a fun game on ettelbruck station... 1. Penals don't get neither PPSh-41 or munitions, when picking up the ammo crate. Wasted 90 Munitions before spoiled it. If they pick up two crates, they losing PTRS-41 upgrade at all. 2. Conscripts, merged with airbourne guards running without weapon, or with SVT-40 (even when squad got pack with PPSh-41) Doctrine seems uplayable, if collect all issues with merging and wasted munitions. For some reason, some upgrades autoremoving other upgrades and you can't purchase them, some others - don't. Paratroopers (works with Thompsons, but doesn't with M1919) Infantry Section (works with all upgrades) Maybe it can be applied to all infantry upgrades and finally solve issues with non-intended combinations of upgrades?
