When I play Wermacht and people try to blob the MG42 is god mode. Whoever says Wermacht has trouble with blobs doesn't use them properly (Layer them, buy a lot of them, protect them). Atleast i have popcap issue with this. After the last patch i am constantly spamming bunkers to get soft retreat points that suppress because i cannot popcap afford more than 2 mg. (ok ok ok Mg42 is a lot better when enemy blobs so hard that they stomp each others feet) Last 2vs2 game i had against 2 usf players... 20 minutes in game they had 8+6 rifleman squads... Only way to damage them seemed to force retreat to minefield with mg42 and mortars... In: COH2 Gameplay

Neither can OST, OKW and USF (Sov?) before they update. Thats why i wrote EVERY faction one time ability for starter unit only. Bren carrier can't crush their wire, neither can it really destroy it by firing on it. On maps like semoisky for example, this is straight out lame and broken. One simple blob rush early game to your cut off (especially south side) and you are locked in. Every nation can cut wire from t0, why can't Brits? And I say 'cut' since their engineers can't cut. This is broken, especially on certain maps. Now of course you might say veto Semoisky. There are maps I hate more than that one and that are a certain death wish as Brits. I would love more vetoes, yet the matchmaking is already horrible as it is, more vetoes would just fuck it up beyond imagination. How about every factions starter unit has automatic special ability to cut Fence once without anyupgrades? No more lockdown in 1 minute AND the best thing is that as most factions can spam fence at green covers now there would be chance to negate it one time before teching/upgrading units. Green cover fences are annoying in beginning. usually when you got wire cutter where you needed it there are craters all over the place in that point. In: COH2 Gameplay

Like they aren'nt already easy to just rush headon and wipe... Specially rush because the last model usually tries to retread and needs to be blocked with own models to ensure wipe... And by the negative aura i don't mean its insta death to squad when 2 models from the same squad are stepping on each others toes. But when that squad is pushed on a 1mx1m corner in the wall... Games start to get boring when you have to build gigaton of machine guns or other suppression platforms to stop the blob and then build mortars or similars to kill them. In: COH2 Gameplay

Divebomb is stupid because it counters field artillery. Does it still have the insanely huge AoE against infantry? Anyway, B4 acting like a traditional artillery to some degree is a good idea. a 3 round barrage with long reload would be a good idea to make it balanced. Doing something with Stuka divebomb would be great, i.e removing it completely. Is there any axis unit or ability that does not need nerf? In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Close the pocket23 Dec 2015, 21:30 PM 1. get stomped by enemy 2. Safe 200 munitions, 3. Let enemy cap your territory 4. Cut choke point. 5. close the pocket 6. Watch as enemy vaporizes. BTW it drops light mortar to uncutted areas. Awesome life saver in team games. IT just has that personal "I hate you" ring in it like spamming air supremacy (<- is this nerfed? it does hurt as much as it used to)... In: COH2 Balance
