i would like it they could include a 76mm gun upgrade for the sherman in a similar fashion just like in CoH1
|
Honestly, the biggest issue for USF is the fact that they don't have any real indirect fire that comes early enough to screen advances.
I would say to add a shitty mortar in T0 for USF, and give it a shitty barrage, good smoke, and vet 1 WP rounds.
See how the matchup is then, and adjust as necessary.
i would like to see the smoke grenade for riflemen have no munitions cost when used since USF is already a heavily dependent on munitions faction and with the july 21 updates axis are able to pump out MGs even faster |
M4a3e2's...
#1 complaint: USF armor is paper.
The US army tried to make a temporary solution to deal with powerful guns.
but that didnt work so well now did it which is why they brought in the M26 Pershing after the heavy tank losses against a concentrated armored force from the germans during the battle of the bulge... |
maybe a call in where you get one? only place i could see it being used. because unless there is a major redsign of the faction i don't see a spot where it would fit. wouldn't be a bad tank for the game.
if i am not mistaken M24's were used during the Battle of the Bulge however that was overshadowed because most of US armored divisions were primarily equipped with M3 or M5 Stuarts so i say yes they should be in the game after all it is a neat looking tank |
yeah, its easy to say ´´ just flank it ´´ when a mg cover half map. and they normally use 2 of them what is a pain in the ass to take out.
when usf needs lot of micro just a mg42 can lock down a good part of the map, so yeah good luck trying to take it out over and over again spending lots of ammunition in smoke nades.
Your point? |
They even have the 76mm sherman in the Ardennes Assault final mission, but they don't add it to multiplayer.
if we put pressure on relic into adding it they will or have to otherwise expect a lot of pissed off fans i'll be one of them |
If you allow an OKW player to accumulate the fuel for 2 tigers then you sorta deserve it.
Its not an exploit, its working as intended.
I think he was being sarcastic to make you look silly...
Mission accomplished lol
that doesn't stop OKW players from trying especially since allies or OST can only call in 1 heavy tanks at a time where as OKW can field 2+ heavy tanks at will which is quite unfair if you ask me |
USF is the best faction in the game! throw all your shit into a mg42
try to take it out, if you can't you're a noob and if you can .. hey there is another mg42 haha
making this kind of threat in coh2.org forums is ask for axis fanboys to talk shit that they know nothing about.. all you will get in here is
USF IS FINE...
l2p Noob.
and to all your problems thats the awnser: throw smoke grenades and all your problems are solved
easily said then done especially if don't have the munitions to afford it meanwhile axis can pump out MGs even faster starting after the July 21 patch allowing an easy shut down, control of the map and lots of camp spots |
It would be better than the Stuart if only because it packs a 75mm gun that was almost exactly like the Sherman's. Only difference was that it was specially designed to be light-weight so it could be originally fit onto the B-25 Bomber, otherwise it fired the same ammunition. So you've got the same medium tank gun on a fast light tank.
It wouldn't have the staying power of the Sherman, obviously, but it would be even easier to flank and harass with it.
you read my mind yes the Chaffee would be good at making fast strikes or filling gaps in the line |
yet the other 4 factions get heavy tanks that doesn't sound really fair and relic made USF heavy skins available for purchase in the store if USF has no heavy tank why did relic bother making those xtra heavy skins that would defy all logic beyond madness because its a waste of time and money |
