Most of people who have 1000+ hours in the game, like I personally could full stack about 60-70% of all bulletins in the game, even if doesn't make sense for most of them. who actually got their arse beat because someone went 3x of same bulletin? It isn't something horrible game breaking or horribly unbalanced, but there is difference for paying for 1 shrek or paying same price for shrek and half of mine/nade or free infiltration nades, there is difference in having 76% or 66% chance to penetrate the same tank, yes its still RNG, but +10% to deflect its very good bonus. Thread: My opinion re war spoils changes21 Mar 2016, 17:57 PM From one side its stacking is quite fun mechanic, but from other its only mess with balance by giving unfair advantage caused by random drop, yaaay more RNG. You cant balance 90mu single shreak for one person and 75mu for other in the same time, same with panzer armour were difference is more than 30 armour and etc. Bulletins shouldn't stack, but like 90% of them should be reworked. Thread: The current state of the Penal Battalion14 Mar 2016, 15:34 PM I had an experiment build in 2v2 with ally brit, SU build penals and UK player goes to Special Weapons Regiment for Vickers mgs. Through 2 and 3 star with double mgs penals deal very good DPS, however even with 6 models the are quite fragile. Its fun build, but it is expensive and still weaker than T2 build.
