OK - I understand there is of course a possibility of winning. The reality is, however, that you have to mess up a lot to lose as USF. Basically an USF player must be significantly worse than ostheer to loose. The biggest problem is their vehicles. They seem to be much stronger than they should.
1. They are too good at killing infantry compared to wehr vehicles (I feel that some shermans kill more models on average per shot than even a tiger - panzer 4 seems a funny vehicle in comparison).
2. The self repair is crazy - they get a few shots from AT and back up only to repair in seconds (they don't need extra 200 manpower worth unit that needs to be withdrawn to repair their vehicle, which makes it possible for them to repair and use the rear echelon troops they don't need to repair their vehicle to attack your AT, for example, or just cap).
3. You can use vehicles to cap, especially while repairing - they just get to some point, leave the vehicle and cap with its crew. If they are attacked they hop inside in no time and use the vehicle - simple and easy - and not fair (bear in mind that Soviet tanks, for example, need some time to change from capping mode to fighting mode.
To sum up, its too much - it shouldn't be like that - either option 1 (relatively strong armor) OR 2 (self repair) OR 3 (capping possibilty). NOT EVERYTHING IN ONE PACKAGE.
And a footnote to top it all - there's the bazooka. So when you spot them repairing with their crew they'll bazooka your scout car with a completely free bazooka (compare this to the effort an ostheer player needs to produce panzergrenadiers and give them 120 munitions shercks - which are not too effective and almost completely destroy their anty infantry capabilities).

It would be nice if the Assault enginers inside the Halftrack in the Mecha company would be exchanged with for example Rifleman with Tommy guns thus giving US a new elite infrantry and a little more something for the Mecha thoughts? |
RNG dependent yes my Jackson was shooting at the Osther Halftrack i think one shot and we are off yes? No 3 shots :/ For comparison the M3 usf mecha company gets wrecked after one shreck or even faust. |
When facing Rifle spam there are two thing that could help anihilate them Luchs II and AA Halftrack both were not present on the field and no Obers so the most powerful AI units were not used. |
The main issue with the OKW is the simple might of their infrantry that blobed together create a creature capable of stoping any army without any kind of vehicle support. I can even live with a 100% muni and fuel income on OKW if all units would be changed to adjust, and also the New OKW would be forced to use vehicles to gain mid game dominance beacuse of the inefectivnes of their infrantry. So far in team games my OKW enemies tend to not build any kind of vehicle beacuse they rush the KT, or JT, and the lack of vehicles really doesnt slow them down. |
I would only like to se more vehicles and light tanks in this game not only Tiger rush, sherman rush and any other late game rush. I am a big fan of Mecha company (team game player so i can use it) and making Dodge and the M3 something that you can consider core unit would be nice. |

Sad thing is as you can see my playercard i play mostly USF, beacuse i lack time for Coh 2 and when i do find free time i play with friends and that is 3x USF, but i will try to play more OKW just to show that you can play without Blobing. |
Is OKW Blobing really a must to win or maybe it is the Lazy and easy choice? |
people that complain about blobbing are sad.
Bottom line giving out advice to blob or mass one type of unit is not an advice worth a dime that is my point of view if yours is different that is ok. |
