I feel that the USSR and Ostheer are in a decent place in 4v4 (except Soviet tier structure and call-ins but that's another story). I think once you bring OKW into the equation, it wrecks the balance apart.
OKW can quickly lockdown an important sector with the Flaktruck and create a shorter retreat point that heals at the medtruck. Now that their early game has been buffed, I see them as a pretty OP faction in 4v4. They have units that are perfect for the lategame. These units are also very strong and pretty good in the early game as well.

Scripts are kinda meh this patch, once those obers and volks gain vet cons drop like flies. (not as quickly as irregulars though, sweet jesus 1 armor really turns them into a meat grinder, even at vet 3 Only use is their sometimes supportive lmg and grenade) The Jedi Master has spoken!!!!! The problem is not the ISU. The problem is that the German units have only 4 men. Even if that was the issue, it would take forever to implement this change. Relic would have to rebalance the entire game. Having five members would mean the DPS values must be changed, damage profiles, etc. In: COH2 Gameplay |

Yes he explains that units, including cons got their role more defined. This does not explain the received accuracy penalty. They might have said to force them into cover, but this is idiotic. I said earlier that before the changes, Cons already died fast in or out of cover. Why don't they penalize obersoldaten or something?
