the b4 puts a timer on the game. if the axis dont destroy the b4 within a certain period, the b4 will just continue to snipe support weapons, the occasional infantry squad, and your trucks. there is actually NO WAY for the axis player to recuperate these losses faster than the b4 can fire, because it has a ridiculous cooldown of 40 seconds or something like that. that's funny, like an earlier poster said, Axis puts a timer on the Allies in team games In: COH2 Balance |

you forgot the best advice for all allies random players in 4v4: Hi nigo, i disagree with your statement. Now caches in the first 5 minutes are not very good because you need the units to capture points and make pushes. You should build a cache from 6-12 minutes because by that time, you should have a decent, balanced army composition. Some of that spare MP you have should be used as caches. This helps you and your allies tech a bit faster and get a medium tank on the field a bit sooner.
Of course there is a point where you can save some time and frustration by surrendering (like if you are base pinned), but there some instances where your team should just play on. Losing a couple of points early doesn't exactly mean GG (even though it may be fuel points.. but just try another push and see). Negative behavior like wanting to surrender immediately is actually quite toxic. I play 4v4 At almost 90 percent of the time, and that negative behavior is very demoralizing for our team. WE have players who, immediately seeing 4 OKW on the loading screen, want to surrender or tell their teammates to alt F4. Now you could probably ignore players like that when playing randoms (unless they drop..which sucks), but when playing AT, negative attitudes affect the entire team and is demoralizing In: Strategy Desk |

USF 1. B17 Bomber (doctrinal, would bomb a large section of the map like section artillery) (to those wanting the M18 and M24, wouldn't that make the Stuart and Wolverine redundant in the game?) OST 1. Nashorn TD (not sure if doctrinal or nondoctrinal...leaning towards nondoc, could lead to imbalance...) This is a heavy tank destroyer but lacking armor. 2. Flak 88 (i hate how the Pak43 looks. doctrinal unit perhaps? idk...) OKW 1. Hummel (doctrinal) I feel like OKW lack some sort of powerful artillery that isn't the stuka. I'm sick of seeing the Stuka so perhaps this could be a more "authentic" competitor 2. StuH42 or any sort of cheap assault gun like Stug3 OKW should get some sort of midgame tank that is somewhat cheap. Schrecks would probably have to be nerfed. This would make the OKW more authentic in terms of being truer to the Bulge-Era German Army. SInce Germany was in critical shortage of tanks and quality crews, they needed to scrap together whatever tanks they had left. I believe this would add a lot more strategic options to the OKW. USSR 1. SU100 (nondoc) would solve many of this faction's issues regarding late-game and call-ins i believe 2. Some sort of scout car or AA vehicle that isn't Lend Lease In: COH2 Gameplay |
