...Why do you think a lot of Starcraft 2 Pros don't stream/list their replays?
Because they play dozens of games each day, uploading every demo would be rather annoying.
And streaming yourself often reduces focus, so there's that as well.
People should always be able to spectate
public games.
It's not like the enemy can't upload the demo anyways, so hiding something fancy isn't possible. But having public spectators increases transparency and possible counter-tactics, besides the learning factor for newbies.
So besides the "i can't pee when you watch" factor, there's no good reason.
