Call-in meta isn't only about top tier. Long time ago the M8 was so good you could end a game by calling two of them and wiping all your opponent infantry. As I have explained in previous posts, cloning things does not make things balanced unless you clone the entire faction and commander. As I have explained in previous posts, most of issue of "stuka close air support" come from the commander design that include g43/tiger/stuka. As I have explained in previous posts, all loitering planes need an overhaul since planes are hard to counter in 1v1 and very in 4vs4. There is no issue with Stuka close air support the ability is balance from my point of view. But it is interesting that you don't want the P47 being equally powerful and do the job it was design for. I am sure you can understand that using "stuka bombing" in base or "artillery cover" countering everything did not make the game better or more balanced, and where changed. Expecting P47 to perform like "Air supremacy operation" (as mentioned by Bizorck)(an ability almost broken) does not make sense. Is Stuka close Air Support balance? There is no core element in the USF arsenal OKW does not have, except for smoke. What you listed is, in my opinion, not part of the USF core. Sure the M20 mine is potent, but you don't build a M20 to access the mine, that's mostly the other way around. Tank traps are mainly used as infantry cover, those are resilient but a larger sandbag are also good since you can put all your squad on cover. Fighting positions are a niche structure. etc... I was directly comparing the presence units/unit types/structures, not listing advantages. For example, I didn't list things like "free squads with tech" because that doesn't count as any of the above. I'd appreciate it if you didn't take my post wildly out of context in order to reaffirm and support your own beliefs. So if you build jp4 USF player will have 3 M10s already, if OKW player went oswind first, USF player will have 4 M10s If the USF player spend all his fuel on dedicated AT units, then you have different windows of opportunities like Tobis said. He can cap both fuel points if he manages well, you can cap your own fuel if you manage well. And I love the way you say that a stuart can hardcounter unsupported luchs.
