Streaks can be completely different tomorrow or in an hour. Win ratios doesn't show such fluctuation. And I doubt that axis suddenly got weaker/stronger over the night based on the streaks alone. And here comes the allied white knight of the conscript rambo dream. Ratio means NOTHING as it is over multiple states of balance.... Streak means ALOT more since it is during current state of balance.... jesus... yeah the allies are far better currently in everything in 2v2 and above... simply because of 1- Marked target 2- Jacksons.... Together they 3-4 shot tiger tanks.... (and obviously overrun other big tanks). This has been an issue in 2v2s for some time, with the overwhelm of allied blob... Ive literally had games where ive killed 3x more allied units, yet they still make a comeback. But now the issue has apparently overflowed into 3v3 and 4v4 too.... 1v1 is fairly balanced. however OKW need some buffs for 1v1. In: COH2 Gameplay

Currently their income disadvantage is not made up by their unit performance. ORRRR Buffs to volks so OKW actually have a decent chance at seeing late game, rather than 1 mistake earlygame and its gg.... USF Infantry doc pretty much hard counters OKW In: COH2 Balance

Basically giving them MP40s would not really solve particularly much. It would just throw them from one thing to another and would probably result in some lovely blobbing that way. My suggestion on this is pretty much give them some MP44s but singleshot as an upgrade. Slightly improved damage. But with an ability that allows them to burstfire for a short period of time and there a debuff can always be added in. That way they overall become stronger but at the same time can also pull of an assault role. but in a way that makes blobbing a lot more hazardous and thus not the desired action. Similar to my suggestion on another thread... 3 different packages.... AT package (x1Shrek and AT nade capability for 90 ammo) AI package (x1LMG34 for 60 ammo) Assault package (x5 MP40's and incendiary nade capability for 70 ammo). (nades cost 25) makes them more fluid.... id even be tempted to pay 240 MP per squad with these upgrades. This would also probably reduce blobbing since different squads will have different range effectiveness. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: The OKW conundrum4 May 2015, 12:35 PM Agreed with the idea to make the trucks more expensive but return resource income to 100%. OKW is currently nearly impossible to make a comeback with if you fail to secure good fuel income early game. (3v3 and 4v4 is another matter, maybe keep the resource income to 66% there? AND keep extra cost on fuel trucks). Just an idea to slow down the panther rush in 4v4s. In 1v1s however the resource debuff is now just unnecessary. In a close or losing 1v1 game its rare any OKW player will get all 3 trucks. (and field vehicles). Im aware not all factions ideally get all their tech buildings constructed, but their tanks come faster and cheaper. + theres alot more decent call-in options. OKW Call-in tanks are.... Ostwind - Situational, would be far more worth the fuel to spend it on teching to a panther. Panzer 4's - Crap and overpriced. Command panther - Probably the only decent/realistic tank call in for a 1v1.... (200 fuel is alot tho) Means usually skipping the last tech, if you want this on the field to counter the 2 - 3 shermans/t34's that have also now arrived. Jagdtiger - not really a good idea for 1v1s. If you can save up this much fuel, your enemy was doing something wrong. So yea the call-in options are nowhere near as useful as the Soviets (T34'85's IS2's KV8's KV1's Sherman). Or the USF's.... (Mortar HT, Easy 8's, Hell,cats, Dozer sherman, Priest.) (all under 150 fuel) Mega difference is... the allied call-ins are mostly single call-ins and cheaper (except soviets but their callins are bloody strong, and easier to save up for since they dont suffer from a 66% fuel income debuff), and more versatile. OKW callins are literally... "Call me in and forget about teching for a while". and likely the only vehicles you will have that game. In a nutshell all other factions call-ins are priced and effective enough to AUGMENT your force.... (the intended game element to call-in units). But with OKW they will actually BE your force, because you cant really call in doctrinal tanks and tech tanks in a 1v1. Extra thought.... would be nice to see volks with more versatility... for example: AT Package: (x1shrek for 90 ammo) AI package: (x1Lmg34 for 65 ammo) Assault package (x5Mp40's for 70 ammo) Only ONE of these can be purchased per squad. Gives them abit more viability other than 1 overpriced shrek team. In: COH2 Balance

Since OKW came out it has been the two tone (black and tan) pattern and the Ardens assault (green and white) pattern... They have both been in the game since Western fronts came out... There was new skins in the campaign, but we didnt get them. (like the dark gray all over jagdtiger ect). At the end of the campaign you get given skins of the US armies you played with. No OKW ones.
