Tier 3 for the germans is a damn mess. it has no heavy AT as the stug's role got alterd(and it really wouldnt mind if the stug became the new su-85 with increased cost) and the p4 is pretty much subpar compared to the t34-85 or sherman. the panther got even further nerfs making it useless.
The only real strategy the germans have left is either tigers , elephants , pak 43 or plain old infantry spam.

That's true. Against Russian Tanks, which are mostly spammed just like everything Russian, T3 AND T4 are useless atm.
In 2v2 I prefer getting a Brummbär because he can pwn Inf like hell and can do good damage against Tanks too.
He might lose against T34/85 or SU-85 but whatever, Panther will lose too lol.

This replay shows almost ever key problem with balance atm.

Soviet snipers being some commando uber super soldier capable of withstanding concentrated fire,

Germans really struggle to preserve their infantry late game, or to preserve infantry at all,

Soviet support weapons being almost indestructible

StuGs, although very powerful units, being pointless against anything else than T-34 and soviet meta atm revolves around heavy call ins.

IMO bulletins only exist to keep some players in the game for a longer time, you know, achievements and so on.

I am a professional webdesigner and have to say wow I am more and more impressed how much effort you put in this tool making it even more better.

I think the most important difference between the ISU and the Elefant is this:
If you had a Zis driving to an Elefant without any cover for the Elefant or supporting units the Zis would rape the Elefant in more or less time. Same here with Guards (adding a bit more time) and even Engineers with a PTRS/Panzershreck.

If you had a PaK driving to an ISU without any cover for the ISU the PaK would be ripped apart in one shot. Same for Panzergrens and Pios with PTRS (lol).

In my opinion the main problem is still that there is no single hard counter for the ISU except for the Elefant. There are only soft counters which you have to sacrifice badly to get rid of that tank. Even if you manage to kill it without it having any support you will lose at least a heavy tank and a lot of supporting inf. The Elefant can't do anything against Inf or AT-Guns. That is the difference. And I don't think that reducing it's armour would do a thing because in real games it is having support AT-Guns and Mines and everything and you can't even get in range (without) an Elefant to do at least a little damage without losing every unit attacking.
