Using the Unofficial Balance Patch as a platform to test changes like this is great, however with the current modders at the helm of said balance patch I am a little concerned for the overall future of this game.
There is where I feel you need a sharp slap - there would be no iteration or patch development without these mod makers.
There is no easy way to adjust reinforce of units, that I know of, when they are near a particularly entity. There are likely work arounds, but we've been avoiding 24/7 checks and auras to avoid performance issues and adding more strain on processes.
Instead of increasing time, just make a blanket +33% MP reinforce cost for all units after FRP has been built?
So the usf major plus weapon racks. Okw and brits also don't have nondoc "third party reinforce" options and okw doesn't have any weapon racks, and I don't know how you would give major weapon racks.
Use some imagination please.
Let Brits unlock an M5 when they research engineers. Stuka could act as reinforcement platform for OKW. Major could drop a table down with black market guns on it for all I care.
U sure like picking up false impressions are throwing them around don't you. I never remember talking crap to people. I do agree they need to tone down the level of extremity of their balance changes. I do know that penals are very strong on the move so changing it a bit is good Imo
I agree what you did with the KV-1, but can be done with the T-34-76?
- Added a hull down animation to the Т-34-76 vet1 ability.
- Vet 1 to "Defense Mode" from "Capture Point". Defense mode halts all movement of the tank in exchange for -0.8 recieved damage and lowers reload speed by 0.85 (with a delay of 5 seconds).
I think that the T-34-76 need this ability in place from "Capture point" to "Defense Mode".
In this moment already there is a technique which captures points this Is The T-70.
T34/76 defense mode? Wtf are you smoking? This tank relies on its agility to survive. It will not benefit in the least from hulling down except it'll be easier to kill.
