yea they rape them fairly. kt DOES NOT 2 shot mediums, maybe t34/76 in the REAR. it does not matter what it shoots. its COH. BALANCE OVER REALISM.

And, not or. There are 5 commanders for soviets with a call-in tank and guards or shocks. 7 if you count Terror/Anti-inf but to be honest a kv8 call-in alone is not something you can skip teching costs with so it doesn't really count.

no it just 1 shots entire vet 3/5 units. thats far better than hooting like machine gun. not only does it one shot infantry it 2 shots p4's, 2/3 shots panthers, 3/4 shots tigers. that is the definition of op. |

but, i have played you in 4v4 and its not the game balance that is making you lose as allies. next time we play i will save the replay and will show you where your team went wrong. but, in 4v4 it has allot to do with commanders, esp sovs.
let this be a learning point for you soviet "players." SOME OF US GERMAN PLAYERS HAVE BEEN PLAYING 4v4 COH SINCE COH CAME OUT. Not just skirmish mode for 7 years, actual online play. it may not just be a balance issue that you are losing. |
people who say you should have kt, jagd, blah blah blah. isu=bomb strike destroys all that. do you not see the issue? paks get one shotted. elephants are so uselss they arent even a counter to it anymore. for the most part this thread is just soviet whineboys just grasping at straws trying to defend their insanely op units like usual. ie recvent kat patch. the same people defending the op isu are were defending the kat, saying they need it to win. well, yes, most of you soviet whiners do need an unfair advantage to win due to lack of skill, i will agree there. but, when you get a competent sov player, the isu is on the level of tiger ace was back when it came out. |
in my opinion all game modes favors allies because soviets in 3v3 or 4v4 can troll so much with their epic doctrines like winustry or cunterattack B-4 spam while ostheer doesnt have anything great like dat, in 1v1 soviets dominate all the time and 2v2 is simple, one guy spam maxims or snipers while other spam conscripts and its gg

lol, why should anyone want to be forced to win a game in 4 minutes? It's an idiotic design. Not every player is soviet and many people, including myself, don't even seem to have rifle company. It's not even a guarantee. Some maps are just impossible to flank and you lose the advantage.
Who would want to have to win a game in 4 minutes? Nobody would, the games last much longer than that. what you are saying proves what an awful video game design this is.
well i agree about faulty faction design. but im just saying that allies will win if you are good this fast in 4v4. but, i also think that allies are allot more powerful late game than you guys try to make it sound. sounds like allot of it is l2p and l2p 4v4. |
When u go t-34 spam its a gambit,u should spam t-34s when u have achieved an early game fuel advantage as the Op stated instead of waiting for call-ins.Spam -once u reach a critical mass of 3..start hit and run all over the map.Don't try to charge the volks blob.This is a very good strategy for allies that can finish the game mid game.Otherwise ISU/IS-2 with jacksons are best bet lategame.The is-2 is a very good tank lategame because its armor is insane.Jacksons are weak under 2.Once u get 2-3 jacksons they become very fearful.
Many games i see allied players not pushing enough even with fuel advantage.They prefer the old fashioned zis-maxim crawl.The american blob overextends itself and takes losses.T-34s get seperated and taken out by paks or volks shrecks.But in games where we had to face shermans and t-34s at a steady rate(later replacing losses with call ins)we were in quite a bit of trouble..as the OKW partners can't keep up in teh armorspam race and will have no armor tillpanther/jagd and ost players are left with pz 4s at a numerical disadvanatge.They rely on close co-operation with the volks blob or pak to survive.Here allied players often don't coordinate.
lol these guys just don't get it. it requires teamwork to win in 4v4 believe it or not. allies can amass shermans and t-34's and run all over the map with impunity, before axis can get their heavies out. if they micro properly(big problem with allot of these posters, apparently, they can just add to the blob of mediums and just drive circles killing any "super heavies." maxim spam shuts down okw spam, so does elite rifle spam. |
