for 10 more mp and 35 fuel later than a pm41 (the soviet mortar) u get, 2 less man, worse AOE, faster reload, no retreat, 20 more barrage only range(not 45% more range), better scatter, ranged cone (more wasted time) and worse minimum range

It's range is atleast 45% higher than other non-doctrinal mortars.
It's auto-attack range is 80, the same as most mortars. Its barrage range is 100, which the 120mm mortar has for both barrage and AA range
Pak howies barrage range is 120

Either that or its just a gigalow ELO player that only builds MGs or emplacements and is passive af with them

I's definitely too cheap compared to the pack howitzer and has way too quick of a CD on it's barrage. Otherwise it's fine I think.
Because it's much worse and the barrages barely do anything.
