Pzgrens needs to die less often for that cost. Currently drops faster than Obers which is ridiculous. Also, Lacks utility. For the way it is, it should be 300-320 manpower. 300 manpower I would say personally for the way it currently is.

OR... Make the Squad leader upgrade a stock upgrade. So they pay 60 munis for either a LMG42 (and stay 4man), or a 5th man and G43's.

I mean, theres a lot of arguments in here like "Penals are the counterpart to P-Grens". But... think about it, the squad wipe potential is vastly different to output...
One mine = half a OST squad dead, = retreat.
2 snipers, and you have to run.
1 mortar shell or nade can easily wipe a squad...
Late game, a dozer sherman/HE round sherman, Scott, Pakhowitzer, Brit Centaur or even a IS2 can easily AND QUICKLY 1 shot a vet 3 gren squad....
As for a 5-6 man squad that aint gonna happen unless they position clump.
If you compensated cost for the 5th man of a gren squad, it would be fine. The only reason anyone would oppose that is either they dont play the game, or they're enjoying their allied win spree. (which trust me, ive done before, im not proud of it, was to prove a point).

I mean, all it needs is grens to have a 5-man squad, and cost 280. Gives them a new dynamic that also prevent them from being too easily wiped mid-late game.

You are very right indeed. They are the faction that has to retreat the most often. Unfair how they are just limited to a weapon upgrade compared to Tommies having 5 men and 2 brens. Default boost behind cover also providing additional performance. Even just having 5 man with upgrade is even better.
Still think Conscripts should get default PPSH, maybe a worse profile version. Take away their Oraah (sprint ability) and have upgrade option for them. Make them used more often.
Give Osteehr either access to armour upgrades or additonal weapon upgrades.
Pzgrens should have additional armour upgrades or a 5 man option. Since they drop fast. No weapon upgrades for them.
Grens should have maybe either a 5 man option with at least a weapon upgrade
and another option would be instead trade for more firepower
Can combine MG42 upgrade with G43, 4 man squad.
This will fix their issues for starters.

How about giving Grens the ability to build sandbags just like VGs?
Then they'd lose ability to make Bunkers.
Originally, Pioneers couldn't make sandbags, bunkers WERE the sandbags.
If going to give sandbags and bunkers to all german units, why not give bunkers to OKW as default
as well as tank traps?
Make all german units 6 man squads, and say soviets were the most numerous when they're
out-gunned AND out-manned?

They were the "Armed Wing of Hitler" and they were very elite compared to Wehrmacht. How were they not a military force? I would like to see them and some elite American Units in Coh3.

Again, they were political, not military.
Just because you have an uniform and a gun does not make you a soldier.
Best equipment doesn't make you most elite either.
