Soviet Industry Tactics (SOV)
Ostruppen Doctrine (OST)
Elite Armoured Doctrine (OKW)
Rifle Company (USF)
Vanguard Operations Regiment (UKF)

Edit: These commanders are the rewards for participating in the relic survey that was sent to CoH2 players back in October.

Does it mention that people get these commanders as rewards though?
The internal battery has run dry, the game can now be played. However, clock based events will no longer occur.

My bad,I did not understand OPs post :oops:. I fear someone else will be confused by his brief post too, as I am not the biggest nut in the world.

And the survey was about future of coh (what new factions and environment we want, etc etc... or did I miss anything and there was another October survey ?)

Keys? They just add them to your in game inventory...
