Balancing current B-4 is an impossible task. As artillery, it will be too random or too OP. But what if switch barrage and direct shot, give the role of antitank/antibuilding gun?

That might be a good idea but accuracy and possibly damage would still be a problem as it's a 203mm shell we're talking about here.

Direct shot can surely be redesigned to become more useful.
Make it work like Pershing/tulip shot and replace HE with AP round.

I somehow like to play with the B4 but honestly my problem is that I can't clearly see if it shoots. It's just one explosion (that is most of the time not where you are expecting it thanks to the huge scatter).
I'd like to have that 'Whooooooosh!" effect added to the B4 as well. I mean the one that is used for the railway gun.

I think it would be an interesting experiment to make it the only on-map artillery with red smoke (if possible). Then the recharge, shot delay and AoE could be adjusted if necessary.
