Where can I find up to date unit stats? Or is there any mod for it?

This is a pretty good website. Constantly updates and easy to read.
I know this website. It provides good overview but I found mistake (commnad panter) there so It can not be reliable source of data. I am looking more for something like a mod which looks directly into game or some really UP TO DATE website.

There is always the modding tools, not so easy to read but you can calculate accurate dps and other stats.

Thank you ! This is exactly what I was looking for. And to my previous statement that command panter stats on http://www.stat.coh2.hu/ is incorrect. Well It is more inconception because it shows fuel cost value attached to that unit and not fuel cost of dispatch ability. Anyway this modding tool provides much more information in top detail.
I dont trust the current stat data on ost mortar
lets see, some of current stat of OST mortar compared to US mortar taken directly from mod builder

Ost one, USF one got worse aoe dmg profile.
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

They both do 80/40/20 damage
AOE is bit different
Ostheer
AOE Radius 4
Distance near 1
Distance mid 2
Distance far 3
USF
AOE Radius 4
Distance near 0.75
Distance mid 2
Distance far 3
Which translate that up to AOE 0.75 they are identical, and Ostheer is better from 0.75 up to 2, then they become identical again.

aerafield: @LimaOscarMike I would say nowadays is a decent time to try CoH3. If you loved CoH2 however, there is a solid chance you're gonna dislike CoH3
