we are doing balance patches for relic and now even commander portraits, still they won't make new commanders for us... talk about being lazy relic.

It's OKW Scavenge Doctrine for Jesu and USF Armor Company for DevM.

Me and Miragefla made it for fun last autumn. Not just one picture, there was actually seven of them. Explanations in deatails for each ability, like full stats, fuel \ munition costs, durations etc. Plus my early attempt of COH1 Jagdpanther re-texturing.
All of that is cool and fun, but you cant just implement it into the game. Stuff like new Commanders affects balance a lot, and require a crazy amount of testing first, or it's gonna broke the game like Tiger Ace or Soviet industry did and nobody gonna be happy. Even one little USF mortair implementation was game-breaking for ages. Relic just dont have resources for something like that at the moment and we shouldnt blame them for that, really.

I agree. But it would be cool if they could spare some time for us after the DoW3 release and initial patching process is over
We don't actually even need new commanders, redesign of the old forgotten ones would be actually enough.

It is not so obvious. IIRC in the beginning it was Ostheer, but then became a Wehrmacht (iow re-named).
Also, information from CoH 2 shoppage in steam (Sorry it's in German)
