Tood start would be to read defenition of 2 words "tier" and "unit". Then you woupd know why its standart scenario when t70 vs axis mediums is standart scenario in this game.
The two are directly connected. I can't get a T-70 out without teching to the equivalent tier first - that may come as a surprise to you, but if you give it your best attempt at thinking like someone above an IQ of 90 (which I hope you are capable of, for at least a few minutes a day), it will seem logical.
So if we compare the cost of reaching a certain tech-level plus the unit's cost with that of the other faction, we would see that even your last statements is - as those before - bollocks. Ostheer and OKW take considerably more fuel and time to even reach their medium tank tier, plus their medium tanks cost a considerable amount on top of that. Soviet teching to that point is cheaper than Ostheer teching and slightly more expensive than OKW teching, and the T-70 is significantly cheaper than either Panzer IV version, so a T-70 coming out at the same time as a Panzer IV is impossible to be a standard scenario.
This is derailing the thread, so I will not comment on this any further (your claim has been sufficiently refuted).

BTT: Adding even more cost to OKW would be ridiculous at this point (look at my previous post for justification). There are also more than enough counters to the building, preventing it from being more than a slightly irritating obstacle - if using AT guns, artillery, and/or smoke appropriately is too much for you, the Schwerer Panzer HQ is hardly the problem and certainly not your biggest problem.
If anything, all base buildings, emplacements, and retreat points should have an aura around them, effecting all friendly units and causing them to receive more damage. This way clumping up around forward bases would be much harder, and Sim City-playstyles would actually become a bad idea - if the Bofors right next to my mortar emplacement causes both to be destroyed much more easily, I will think twice about setting them up next to each other. If my Schwerer Panzer HQ causes my infantry fighting around it to get killed more easily, I will probably not put it that close to the front where the fighting is happening.

Maybe just few ajustements on the team format maps would help to make the game even more enjoyable. Or new maps !!!!
But Honestly, if a had to pick a side (Axis or allies) to play for cash in team format, i would play Axis all the time...(better units overall and better team synergy.)
Playing for fun :I always choose allies as they have 3 factions meaning more diversity and less routinely play and it's a lot more challenging.

Off: not saying it's the way to go, but if you are in that scenario to fringe use it in this way (say you have the units nearby while the bofors is on brace):
-Cancer nades (Fall, Ober)
-Puma/Flak HT smoke canister

OP is clearly drunk and doesn't know what he is talking about.. KATUSHAS/Calliopes/Landmattress/120mm/USF mortars/UKF motar pits/SU heavy arty all make short work of any OKW emplacement.

That moment when 2 sturms with flames + ieig18 shooting a braced bofors who is repaired with stand fast faster than they can damage it.That's what i call OP, not 120 truck who get destroyed easy.Also sturms cost a lot to just repair a flak that can't wipe infantry.

Make the gun an opt-in upgrade, and put 5-8 popcap on it, like the Bofors (which has 10).

Ah yes. Cheapest unlocks. And quickest too, especially if we completely ignore that some factions have twice the effort of teching due to "researching" a tier or vehicle first. Seriously, your attempts at throwing bollocks around have gotten quite low recently...
Not to be biased towards any faction, but NO USF & OKW players builds all three tiers every single game.(Assuming in 1v1)
USF & OKW can and will skip tiers to rush final tier.(Unless stalling for callins which almost everyone and their pet monkey does)
USF build order in most games:
1. Lieu(200MP+50F) + Major(240MP+120F) + Ambo(250MP+10F) = Total(690MP + 180F)
2. Cpt(200MP+60F) + Major(240MP+120F) + Ambo(250MP+10F) = Total(690MP + 190F)
OKW build order in most games: (Med upgrade is always used for Battlegroup, but repair pioneers are seldom used, for this comparison let's assume pioneer upgrade is purchased)
1. Battlegroupe(200MP+25F) + Medics(100MP+15F) + Flak HQ(200MP+120F) = Total(500MP+160F)
2. Mechanised(200MP+50F) + Repairs(100MP+15F) + Flak HQ(200MP+120F) = Total(500MP+185F)
With skipping tiers USF & OKW gets access to their final tier earlier than other factions, assuming that equal resource income is available.

NO NO NO. We don't need more microless land lock BS. Bofors must be toned down to Flak HQ levels or even rework the entire unit from the ground up.

Anyway, for me COH2 is still lot of fun and a game i still and will play a lot !

So when we look at the JPIV, it's cloak in live patch is obviously cancerous, yes? That means the Valentine tank, because it also can cloak, is just as cancerous and broken as the JPIV and should also be nerfed, am I right? OpieOP

If you lose the building you lose the game. Putting it forward is a huge risk reward/gamble, risk/reward strats are what every good RTS should have an element of.
It's easily destroyed by anything if you focus it and you can't even control what it shoots at, so bait it's bullets with anything that can take a few.
The bofors is not even comparable.
