The look great.

Personally I would like to see their hats a bit more so maybe zoom out a bit? Especially for the new commander.

I agree, their hat-color made them easy recognizable

I think it should stay as it is to keep the proportions in line with other portraits. British commanders have a huge number of uniforms and unique faces, that helps to recognize them quite fast.

Edit: updated German Infantry portrait for Ostheer, now it should be unique enough.

Started to restore late EFA commander portraits. Here you can see Counterattack tactics and Urban Defence tactics. Now they match with other commanders from my collection if we speak about proportions.

P.S. Little bonus, which i am not sure.

Red Army full commanders pack

Now all commanders for Red Army, no matter when they were added to the game, have the same proportions.

I was just curious: "How it will be in the game?"
Something like that (not in-game screenshots, just some additional work with photoshop). Even new commanders got some essence and more fits with default and DLC commanders from the past.

Aslo, i've added Ostheer polished commanders, so they have common perspective now, just like soviet commanders.
