By the time you hear the sound you should be able to move units out of the building. Got to be fast though. ;-)

Counter them with your own infantry blobs. at the moment the okw can do jack shit against them anyway as their mainline infantry is blatantly inferior to anything the allies have,

why the stuka arty kill buildings so fast
To deny stupid strategies for campers.
A lot of people have an image of how they want a faction to play, leading to problems. This is why you have people complaining about lack of Soviet bunkers, why T34/76 sucks, why Cons don't scale, Grens don't get normal grenades, Muricans don't get heavy tank, OKW laser weapons and Die Glock Death Bell, etc.

The only thing I find stupid about the stuka is how much dmg it does to mediums tanks and the jackson etc. I don't think that is what it is intended for no other rocket arty does as much dmg as it does or even close. Considering they have a doctrine now with arty. Stuka already heavily counters infantry and support weapons, think there should be some kind of vehicle dmg reduction at least for mediums and up.
Calliop and Land Mattress do a lot of damage to vehicles too. Rocket artillery ingeneral is too effective versus tanks.

Just fking call it a halftrack, it's literally one letter difference.
Walking Stuka counters emplacements and a entrenched position; it is itself countered by anything that moves.
