Seriously tho. Soviets are really good and versatile - you just have to find the mighty zen between unit types.

The units won't change unless Relic notices statistical trends they don't like and the forum certainly can't change them. How you play is something you can change and the forum can help with that.

But nobody actually cares for these units because Penals, Flame engies, Guard with occasional sniper support works well enough until T34 blob arrives

on topic though i defenitely dnt approve buffing maxims, also conscripts feel nice as they have hurahh. snare, and molotov . so late game u can use conscropts as snare.
zis at , i dnt use this much, probably needs something done.

molotov is like mehh, if u go conscript spam it works .

Maxims are a joke and too expensive now, but you NEED mgs because conscripts are just cannon fodder right now.

-Buildtime nerf negated with spawning out of building.
-Deathloop fixed.
-33% nade range while suppresed,

-82mm mortar - pretty average mortar imho not that bad, tho 120mm is king compared to it
-CONSCRIPTS - yeah, at least they deal good damage and are 6 men squads
-Clown car - best kübelkiller and infantry harasser, even good at chasing retreating squads (and you know that you can get a squad in it, right?i hope so)
-Zis AT gun - same here as mortar: totally average AT gun, nothing better, nothing worse
-Guards button - a really useful ability, but i admit it's price is a bit harsh it should be around 25-30
-Maxim - it's a shit unit because of it's narrow arc of fire, but hey even DShK suffers from the same disease
-SU 152 - SU-152 is not even in the game (yeah i know you ment ISU), but seriously it's not THAT bad
-Molotov - maybe don't throw them on every enemy squad you see, and note that it's purpose is to DENY that location
-PTRS gun - kills kübels and 222s and etc easily and can scare off luchs and other things. a luchs that comes too close to your double guards won't get away if you button it.
Everything has it's purpose
But this is just my POV.

Buildtime nerf isn't negated by spawning out of a building because all other weapon teams and inf squads do this as well, so its relative.
Deathloops isn't entirely fixed is largely based upon rng whether the maxim gunner will continue to die.

M3 is great unit in the first 1-4mins.
82mm what's wrong with it?
Cons are mostly fine. Meat-shield for Guards, Shocks or Penals + great utility.
What's wring with ZiS? 6 men, barrage, good penetration.
Guards button is a bit UP but it's better than OP.
Maxim is fine.
ISU152 is super fine.
Molo is fine for its cost but research should be cheaper (AT nades+molo in 1 ugrade)
PTRS on Cons is a bit useless agasint inf - true but still it's not downgrade.
If something needs a buff, it is:
KV1
B4
KV2 (it's mostyl fine but 1 commander limits it's so so much...)
AA abilities of Quad.

Finally, I get to reuse some of my old pr0 skillz arts
PTRS is best Hybrid AT weapon in game
better than mosin in terms of AI with a tad bit of AT.
Though gets shafted quickly in the match for the sweet mediums and heavies, but with all the light vehicle buffs recently, PRO-TRS is getting bit better.

exactly. -33% nade range is a very big buff for the maxim.
