Yes, I crossed a line. Game accounts banned.
It is stated on the Sega support page that they can ban you for stuff on other platforms. I deserved to be banned from a post made here.
This all goes to my statements of "You cant ban people and not say why".
Did any of us read all the legal crap that we had to "agree" to when we started? No. A reasonable person does not expect to ever get banned. Then they play with some drooling monkeys and say something over a line.
I feel it is a Sega/Relic responsibility to further explain in some detail so their customers do not get banned again. And continue to enjoy their products.
I usually would be in the opinion that "You are on the internet, get a thick skin". I'm really not going to sugarcoat it. From reading your rants and posts from this thread alone, it shouldn't have taken much to realize why you got banned with or without official explanation. Have some common sense. And most of all, think before you act.
You act like a fat weenie, you will get treated like a fat weenie. |
My 2 cents.
The factions in this game are pretty samey, aside from the DAK and early game USF. Mid-Late game USF, Wehr, and UKF are all homogenous and feel like different flavors of vanilla than anything else. Guess I have Stockholm's syndrome of OKW and COH2 UKF. but there was flavor, there was "pizzazz". Sure, it took 10 years to get the balance right, but you think that would be a learning experience for this game? to get the balance of flavor and usability?
Time to kill is very slow in this game. Speed it up abit please.
Infantry Section Boys AT and Wehr P4 rushes are dumb. Wehr T4 should require one of the earlier buildings (costs reduced ofcourse, it just needs to take longer to rush one) and at the bare minimum Infantry sections should not have grenades when getting AT rifles.
Wehr Grenadiers need a buff, they lose to engineers. like, how?
Also some of the those 2.5, 1.5 tech upgrades need some tweaking in price. like why would I tech to get the DAK Stug when I could just wait a minute and tech up to and grab a Panzer 3? which has more situations where it is useful vs the DAK Stug? I get the time gating, but the fuel costs can be oppressive for those side techs.
Dont get me wrong, I enjoy the light vehicles getting a spotlight compared to COH2. and the potential for COH3 is great and launch balance is surprisingly great. but some small tweaking is needed. and I really want some faction flavor. |
I would like if Sandtech was implemented, but in a way where it didnt kill infantry
Like during a sandstorm, Plane based offmaps is disabled and vision is reduced, so Players have to resort to using flares and other means of vision to attempt to outwit eachother. No need for infantry dying from the weather alone. |
Wait a second, I don't get it, why does british Armored have Crusader AA, isn't it a stock unit?
I mean, its not the only one
The battlegroups gives out Chaffees and Churchills when both are stock in their respective factions. This is obviously pre-alpha |
yeah, I think jettison would be better as a munitions based upgrade perhaps?
I would rather see it as a timed ability, where it disables barrage but allows use of the main gun temporarily for 45 seconds to turn it into a temporary Assault Gun. basically limited to no turret rotation while its active. completely getting rid of your rocket arty just to engage a P4 sounds like a pretty poor tradeoff. |
I can't take anything serious in this thread after I read "waaaa black people are in my WWII video game."
I'm not even considering that tidbit in this thread.
This thread is about Tanks named Black Princes, not Black People. |
Its a fucking video game, you troglodytes. If you want historical accuracy read a goddamn book or go to a museum. Liberties have to be taken to make it balanced and fun FOR ALL SIDES. Someone close this thread; lets judge the product once its actually finished.
Well its Pre-Alpha right now so things can be changed. And Relic wanted feedback. This is Feedback.
They could literally just replace the Black Prince with the Churchill 75NA with pretty much the same stats, and make it so that the regular Churchill upguns from a 2 pounder to a 6 pounder with an upgrade in the files and be done with it. |
because no one can prove me wrong, you have it in your mind coh2 is about historical accuracy when it isn’t , the franchise is chock full of units that are rediculous and you come with stupid reasons why it should be included
But I already gave my refute: That every unit in COH and COH2 has been used in combat service and were put into divisions during WW2. You gave your counter argument about V1 rockets, Infrared STGs, and Sturmtigers and I and others countered with V1 rockets being use strategically, Infrared STGs seeing combat during the last few months in WW2, and Sturmtigers being made and put into divisions and used in a role similar to the Soviet KV2, which also had a very small amount made, even more so when compared to other soviet tanks produced during WW2.
I never said how the units should work in game, I was just stating that the units represented should at the very least did something combat-wise in WW2. You're only arguments at this point has been ignoring counter arguments, saying what is essentially "I'm right but I wont say why" and calling people wehraboos.
|
because you just proved my point, I’ve already ready won this argument, this is simply for entertainment
Tell me how you won. Because all I see is ad hominem. You either ignore counter arguments you can't refute or you just pivot into a different subject or "Oh I was pretending to be dumb haha" by just saying it doesn't matter. |
since coh needs to be historically accurate as possible, let’s add it to the game
I agree, limiting tank engagements would allow infantry play to be more prevalent, and allow the chance for a Japanese faction to be added as later DLC. |
