Really good changes.

Counter battery finally nerfed, now it will be easy to counter emplacements.

All grenade abilities that are not snares have their range reduced by 33% when the unit is suppressed.

Good. Now countering mg should be less 'crawl, crawl, crawl, throw'.

All Core Infantry Squads and Core Small Weapon Teams now spawn from its corresponding building rather than from Off-Map.

Players can still attack the gunner first if they manually target that entity but automatically they will always target the gunner last.

Show me any decent player who wouldn't (and even didn't) attack it manually :S

SU-85 now have to be the great unit, await for crybabies. Stand still! Overall first Sov significantly buffing patch in history.

Mines kill max 2 models.

The 1 max kill model mine is probably the mini-mine from the defensive tactic commander.

Not really. OKW Jagdpanzer has a vet 1 ability that lets it warp into the shadowplane and retreat from danger. Or just stay in the danger, because OKW magic phase shields don't care about petty allied weaponry

So we have Obersoldaten magically appearing out of the Schwerer Truck in the middle of the map?

I´m no fan of that. It´s either totally OP when attacking with AT guns and suddenly facing a squad more or totally frustrating for the OKW player to instantly take damage on the squad. Also it looks silly. Having the units hit the field as reinforcements was kind of cool.

Why in the world is anyone opposed to units coming from production structures as opposed to off-map?

I only don't like it because of no animation (It's always fun to see Obers appear in mid-air ready to fight), but that's just me wanting the game to be immersive and polished to perfection.

Pretty sure you can't actually target just the gunner by right-clicking or anything, so it's saying when the squad shoots (ordered or automatically) at the machine-gun squad, they'll almost always target the rest of the squad aside from one instance, and that instance is when the the attacking squad's members are in range of the gunner and no one else in the squad.

Brace is still a broken mechanic especially when combined with sim city doc. Free non doc button click wins vs 200+ muni arty strikes. Makes sense...

Until this is fixed, brit emplacements will continue to be broken.

Its specifically meant to counter the stuck on retreat loop rather than general gunner targeting - it will be much harder to manually target each squad member as they move to pick up the gun rather than it happening automatically.

Budwise probably means stun nades (both OST doc and OKW sturmpios):
- They fuck up with retreat (cancel + prevent)
- Occasionally make squads permanently unresponsive
- Free wipe for 30 munitions
- Occasionally make support guns unusable

Is it really possible for a goliath to get close enough to explode on an emplacement? How does that happen?

Stun grenade bug still remains, this is a fairly critical bug that should be top priority.
JPIV untouched, even though it has original insane OKW vet, and a bugged vet 1 that makes it nearly impossible to kill.
On map Howie's still pale in comparison to rocket arty or off-maps, but are present in numerous docs.
