His approach is a mess but the fact still stands that the 222 is way too cost efficient.

If it can easily take out a 340/20 unit (M20) then it needs to cost something like 280/25.

Not to mention with vet and spotting scopes it can damn near scout the whole map. :p

So the fact that the m20 can pop out the vehicle crew with the bazooka doesn't strike you as weird? The game's fine and the 222 can be easily beaten. grab a bazooka and an at rifle grenade and you can beat it with like 90 munitions, but then that would mean the bazooka is OP... damn.

I once lost a T-34/76 to an MG42, plx add fuel cost to MG42!

On topic, I think 222 is fine right now and its nice that its finally in a usable place instead of being pretty useless (which it was for most of the games life). Its pretty fragile even with the health buff and the guns are not fantastic vs infantry.

We now should discuss about whether 222 is too cheap or other light vehicles are too high cost.

I am telling Kpen97 the 222 is too cheap. Get a private interpreter if you have to.

So it's just a " I don't care I'm right everyone know I'm right blabla nerf "
It's the new AAA German op ally up please do something

We shouldn't.

Just look at cost and stats of any other light vehicle in game.
The absolutely closest vehicle in role and use is Greyhound.

Its pretty obvious that 222 is the special snowflake here.

I find the idea to re-implement the gun upgrade again good. Otherwise the 222 is fine.

It dies to a single mine, to infantry fire and is the ONLY solution Ostheer has against the light tank rush meta. A PaK will be circled, Shreck grens are too expensive and mines are pure luck.

When playing as Ost you simply don't have any other choice than rushing two 222's as soon as possible because otherwise the T70/Stuart/AEC will bleed you to death.

Nope, it doesn't for well over a year now.

Oh okay my bad!
IMO it should. It's an extremely light armoured vehicle.

With current values its closer to light tank then armored car :foreveralone:

Its armor might let rifles pen it, but its HP poll ensures it will never go down to small arms, unless AT naded.

For the role the thing is basically a 15 fuel greyhound with worse AI and better AT.

Things need to be fixed with 222:

- Increase the 222 cost, at least to its previous cost of 230mp 20fuel before ninja change.
- Vet 2 sight bonus must not stacked with spotting scope.

While I understand you issue. The 222 is meant to fill the void in ost tech of missing a tank close to a t-70 or Stewart. As such the unit is meant to take units down such as the katy and su-76 (if unsupported).

That half-assed, non-english sentence does not prove anything either.

That is an utterly irrelevant example. You can just yolo rush with a 222 and detroy expensive vehicle, you can't do taht with m20 or similar stuff.

Because they are supposed to be light cars, not tank destroyers.

an M20 can do that GabeN

Yes, and you lose the crew and donate a free M20 to your opponent:lol:

100% worth. How are you going to lose your crew? Are you attempting to send it though a fog of infantry??

OK, but then the 222 should have a price-point similar to a light tank, and the stats to match.

Killing a flanked su76 or katyusha is fine, but 2 222s can easily kill a t70, AEC, or other comparable unit by just charging in and trying to flank them. I always build 2 222s, because I know that they will pay themselves off. Even if I lose both of them chasing a T70, I net a 40 fuel victory, and a 210mp loss. If I only lose 1 (which is normally the case), I net a whopping 55 fuel victory. This is HUGE, especially if you are on the backfoot. Vetting them up also means that I have a powerful (if weak) recon unit for the lategame.
