Actually, no. There is alot of misconception about free speech. You are however, free to set up your own forums with your own rules and post whatever you see fit. Nobody is stopping you, that is free speech for you.

I'm no lawyer, but I'm fairly positive finding this information isn't a breach of NDA and the moderators are just lock-happy.
If Relic doesn't want the information public, they probably shouldn't make it available on Steam.
