What mouse do you all use?

My poor MX518 has finally kicked the bucket so I'm in the market for a new mouse. Was looking at the Zowie FK1, which is meant to be an amazing FPS mouse. Or the Razer Naga which looks promising, but I feel like there's too many buttons?

What mouse do you guys use/recommend? I almost exclusively play COH2 so a mouse to meet all my micro needs is ideal.

Thanks,

Logitech G303, 2000 DPI, claw grip. Best sensor on the market(the same is in G502).

I doubt that you need any side buttons on the mouse. 2 are ok, more = worse.

It is interesting that many of SC2 players still use Logitech G9X.

Asus ROG Gladius (@3200 dpi). Very similar to Razer DeathAdder, but hopefully (and seemingly) not as poorly built.

Logitech G502, I don't ever use the buttons on my Mice, but I like the feel of this Mouse and it comes with insert-able weights if you like a different weight to your Mouse.

Razer Naga Hex.

Expensive as fuck, but nicely customizable.

Side buttons are good for control groups and minimap.

i would suggest you read through this link especially the grip-part for your hand position. then its pretty up to you which model you decide for and how many bucks you want to spend for it. today most mice are equipped with software where you can adjust your dpi for your desires. i personally prefer low dpi adjusrted with the mousefix from mark c. i highly recommend you take your time to read through the pages, especially the markc page then you have all u need to know about gaming and mice.

I use a WASD-moves-camera configuration, with the side buttons mapped to a-move+click and reverse-move+click. Really convenient once you get used to it. In any case, 4th and 5th buttons can be useful in many ways.

I don't think mouse is particularly important in CoH, as long as it's reliable. Find one you like and read the reviews from several sites. And stay away from Hama.

I use the G502 Logitech Proteus Core, and it's the best mouse I've ever used.

i actually play with a Gigabiyte 6980x feels pretty much the same as my Logitech mx 518 i had before. Only use this one because it was for free with my new pc.
But to be hornest, i think every mouse that is doing at least some basics can do pretty well. :thumb: i never understood why some people need stuff for a couple of hrundret euros, just marketing trash :D

MX518 never dies. Still a proud owner of a 518.
