45mm M-42 AT - Why?

Give the M-42 some new abilities and I'd think the problem may well be solved. An example would be stun against vehicles (or even infantry), or canister shot, or the blinding shot that the Stuart uses. Or AEC's Tread Shot that gives temporary slow crit.

You add any one of those abilities and suddenly it can be a useful addition to your regular AT units.

As long as 2 of them will perform incomparably worse, for bigger pop and considerably bigger mp cost then ZiS-3, the gun will always be useless.

Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

i am just new guy here but, replace zis-3 non doctire m-42 at and put zis-3 under doctrines + reduce cost of barrage every one happy... maybe not aaa + katioff just my 2 cents of the i just play okw and my player card sucks...

my ass everyone happy, you are just fucking the entire soviet army, they already have 0 AT undoctrinal appart of ZIS-3 and its not even the best AT gun in the AT department
