Flamer for REs is a bit low, come on Relic. Enough with the $$. I think Flame RE spam will be the meta.


The buff for IS is going to be active it seems. A timed ability of about 20 seconds is not going to be OP I think.

As for commandos, the whole concept of "infiltration" is bad. But judging by the CP, I think they'll have a separate unit profile than Commandos (a weaker version of commandos).

a 5CP rocket arty will be in accurate AF. Although every faction should have rocket arty and the UKF does not have viable arty options (expect arty cover which is OP). I think it should have huge Suppression to counter blobs.

Repair is meh.

So in my opinion, this commander won't be OP. At least that's what it looks like by judging the CP requirements. Unless Relic decides to shove them up in our butts which is unlikely. Last couple of commanders were not OP.

It's fair that each faction have access to flame-throwers and rocket artillery, because that promotes more usage of combined arms and opens up room for more strategies for each faction. Previously UKF was the only faction which didn't have access to flame-throwers and rocket artillery unlike all other factions.

Whats the chances that the land matress will be better than everything in the Royal Artillery Regiment since, you know, suppose to focus on artillery!

P.s In my opinion, this commander seems fine. We shall see through when he comes out.

so we will have flamers on Engy, those 4 entity ( 5 with upgrade ) that have a ridiculous low reinforcment cost at VET 3 ( will happen very fast with flamer ) what could go wrong again ? :D

Probably nothing, just like when people were going batshit crazy for the same arguments with dual LMGs instead of flamer for REs. :snfPeter:

nope not at all. flamer do serious dmg to 1) units in cover 2) units in houses and for me they work exactly like that.

they do however 0 dmg when the enemy is in the open or on negative cover, like it should be.

Lots of furious rage in here. So many fingers pointed. Why don't we just agree that commanders come out unbalanced as a general rule of thumb, that means for both sides too.

This means acknowledging things like the worst commander on release the game ever saw, elite troops with tiger ace. Never to be forgotten, Siberian wins game with no army left, by calling in 1 tank. Even the B4 at release although ridiculous, wasn't a 1 machine army. So unless the landmattress is an I win button at release, it can be said that slowly there is improvement lol.

Never forget the ace release, never. Never never never.

true, but for me these are buildings (not units) just like tier building (okw) but its a matter of perspective
