We were going to launch a beta for the new CoH updates this week, but things didn't progress quite as well as we've hoped and we're pushing it back.
But we'll hopefully be able to open that up in the coming weeks as long as there's no more setbacks.

Hi Noun, good to hear things are progressing.
If there are setbacks on the way, ok, happens. It is old code, it is a class B project...well, so it is.

whys COH2 is so tragic ?
could anyone explain that to me ?
why its lucking with strats? why tha balance is so tragic
why they have closed the servers and now we are playing it on pathetic steam version

And lot of people who are fans on this title they told me (including myself) why the hell we can not zoom out the camera - The COH2 is to close to our eyes its realy freakking us out gggggggrrrrrrrrrrr................
Its so shame that COH team dont teake the coplains about the game that we all love and play so many years....

this is really a "step forward beta". or the "step back as it was beta" if u know what i mean.
VERY SAD STILL no dedicated STATS for 2v2AT, otherwise it looks good

We're looking into that. This is why we do betas, to find out this stuff.
Especially with CoH it's a smaller QA team than we normally have, so the community and this beta is important for us to find any issues before we release it to the wider public.

I found a different problem.
On Steam I opted into the Beta, then chose to "opt out" of the beta, but now I can't opt back in! There is no longer a choice to "opt in" under properties-betas.

That's weird, but that's also a Steam issue.
I'd suggest quitting Steam then trying again. It may clear itself up.
