Quick question, I'm hearing a lot of weird start times and bracket releases on the group chat.. so basically I just want to know when the 1v1's will being.. Since I'd really like a nap..
I've never been a fan of the SS Homeguard or Gestapo, for their reputation, beliefs and attitude. But the Waffen-SS? Now that's a different story entirely...

You need to go to the Steam COH2.ORG Group Chat. Once you find it (look in Groups on steam and search for COH2.ORG), type in the chat:

Do all of the matches begin at 15:00 GMT or do some of them take place a little later? Have to drop family member off at work and wont be back until 15:15 GMT.

Yep that's the place, make that thread for all your replays and label them very clearly with what round, who you fought and if you believe any rules were violated.
The internal battery has run dry, the game can now be played. However, clock based events will no longer occur.

Not sure if I missed it or not but are there any rules for setting game delay on observer mode? It could be a problem if someone set the delay to 0 and had a buddy filling him in on what your opponent is doing.

Ask your opponent to set a delay.
