How can you have problems to deal with Luchs after 21st July patch? Both Soviets and USF have early light vehicles (Stuart, T70, SU-76) with lowered teching costs to require at their disposal which are able to deal with Luchs comfortably. Other than that AT guns + AT nades (+ light vehicle now) combo were always pretty useful to counter Luchs.

The Luchs is fine for a light tank. My only complaint about the unit is that it only costs 50FU while other light tanks cost 70FU but it lacks any real AT capability and if it cost much more it would arrive too late so it kind of needs to cost only 50FU to be useful.
